Took my bike here to have the joint that connects the handle bars replaced. They did a great job, but took it upon themselves to replace my very worn out handle bar grips as well. It really was time for the grips to go, and they replaced them at a very reasonable price, I was just a little bothered that they charged for work beyond what I had requested. Id recommend them, but am a little uneasy about the extra "initiative".

I did not like this shop, as they clearly only help people who are ready to drop tons of money on bicycles. My small simple request was ignored, and treated as if it didnt matter. I was also treated rudely on the phone and my request was not met. If your thinking of this shop, think again. After talking to a lot of my bike riding friends, experiences are similar.

The guys there are very professional, knowledgeable, helpful and usually friendly; the only drawback is that their products are priced on the high side. but if moneys no issue, this shop is very reliable.
