I wish I could give this store no stars. Like its been said many times before this store is a complete ghetto mess! I hate having to interact with the employees because its like you never know what to expect it seems as if they only hire employees from some type of center for the emotionally disturbed temporary employment agency. All the other reviews are the truth besides the two people that I know work/worked there that gave it a good review. The employees do just sit there and look at you like they are completely brain dead from frying their brains out on the side of the building where the drive through pharmacy is located. The shelves are never stocked with what your looking for and were talking about for weeks at a time. Not only is there a sales associate problem there is a management problem as well. I dont see this store surviving long unless there is something done about it. There are probably two employees that stand out as far as having some type of good customer service as for the rest they are complete low class, ignorant ghetto trash and I really do hate how they just sit there and look at you until you say something when you walk up to their line. I strive to further my education and do better in life anytime I step in this walmart and look around it is a complete reality check of what no education, life or social skills will get you because I refuse to end up like the trash they hire.

sorry KT Wright but there is no way you went to this walmart and found well stocked shelves this is a no brainer. the shelves are never stocked it always looks like a grocery store after a snow prediction in baltimore bare to the bone or they only have 1 item. Now ive read that this is a tatic to make it look like should buy now rather than later. but the lazy ppl in this store are deff not goin to restock shelves. the lines are horrible. They do not staff for hoildays snow predictions no matter what you get two or three cashiers with like a hundred ppl in each line. What the rest of the staff cant count. so avoid going in at all. i shop online site to store... they cant even do that i show up after getting my notification they are closed! cusotmer service says nobody has been in that dept all day. i go balistic ask for a manager ...she takes 30 min to show up. damn shame. i d rather drive all the way to the sykesville store. This store needs new management. the food lion and dollar general employees in the area had voiced that they were weary that they would lose their jobs. Once this super walmart opened, but now they are laughing because the store has actually bought more customers, because ppl leave as soon as they walk in the store and the first thing you see is depleted grocery items not restocked. and everybody then comes to them complaining.

I ordered an item for my company online and I did not know who would pick up the item, so I entered the company name. BAD IDEA. When my person arrived to pick up the item, he showed his company ID and provided the printout verifying the order. He was told by the manager, John that he could not pick it up because his name was not on the ticket. When I got the call from my co-worker, I asked John if I could verify the name on the account, the credit card number used, and the name of the employee picking up and was told that I had to call 1 800 Walmart to enter his name. When I called that number, the person who helped me, Therell, was taken aback that such a request was made, however, she put his name on the form. This whole ordeal took over 1 hour and I am very disturbed by the experience. While I appreciate the need to protect themselves, if I am able to provide all of the information in the system, you would think that would be sufficient. I wonder if I would have had this issue if I had gone to a location in the "suburbs"....

I purchased software from the Randallstown store, brought it home opened it, tried to install it on my computer. Each time I ran the installation I got a message that said this disk is damaged. I took it back to the store and was told they cannot exchange it because it was opened. OMG!! How would I know if something like a cd is damaged unless I open it. Not only did the young lady say it can not be exchanged because its been opened she went on to say it was a federal offense to exchange a CD if it has been opened.. the ignorance is real. I dont blame the employee as much as I blame the managers, the employees are just so uninformed. When I called the customer complaint line I was told it was at the managers discretion whether she/he wanted to exchange the item or not. Needless to say I have so many store options to shop other than Walmart. Im so done with them.

Ghetto!!!!!I went to this store on Monday 10/28/13. I was looking to purchase Jewlery so I went to the Jewlery dept and no one was there. I waited for 10 minutes. So I had to go to the customer service line to ask someone to get someone to come to that department. The young/Old ugly girl that came over finally. She walked up never said, Hello, Hi, Nothing. She looked at me directly in my face and said nothing. So I asked her questions about engagement rings and she said if I wanted to purchase rings I had to do it online and she walked away. She was very ghetto and rude. Of coarse she was a black woman. This is why white people dont like us African Americans because of Bitches like her. I called the Walmart to report the ghetto girl. With the attitude she had she will not get a better job than Walmart.

After I left here and arrived home, I realized I was double charged for a couple items. I went back to them, trying to straighten this out. They gave me an impression that I was trying to take advantage of them (although nothing being said out loud), and had me wait in customer service for 30 minutes. I realized after all that, the person who was supposed to help me with this matter was chatting with her coworker. I figured it was a waste of time for me to keep waiting, and I left. Majority of workers dont want to work there, and management dont care. Ive never been to Walmart since then. You can easily replace Walmart with any other stores. You just have to make couple more trip. Makes your life so much easier. Might even lengthen your life a little longer :)

The reason why I had to give this story to today comma is because of an employee that had the nerve to tell me I had to count my items to make sure I had less than 20 items for her off and then proceeded to embarrass me in front of another Patron at the store. I refuse to do such nonsense so I went to another aisle with the cashier told me to tell the manager about her conduct which was unacceptable. Personally it tells me how lazy you are to even go that route with me and the other cashier was nice enough to count my items and told me that I even had less than 20 items in the first place and she should have took me and she should have took me even if I had more than 20. Customer service like that is the reason why I dont like to shop in my area.
