My first experience on a Sunday midday visit at this location was less than substandard. The store was responsibly staffed. Good sign and I thought this would be a wonderful shopping experience. My first stop was the restroom facilities and I immediately could tell from the appearance it was an older store. I walked through each department browsing and most but not all were completely in disarray. The beauty aisle was not very well stock or products where displayed everywhere. The were several customers as well as myself trying to help each other find needed items that should have been easy to find. I went to the customer service desk to ask for help on a Neutragene shampoo and there were several cashiers that gave no greetings to the customers and I decided I would leave my purchases there and spend my dollars in Virginia vs this Maryland location.Target is a really well respectable establishment but this experience reminded me why I dont shop Walmart anymore and more consumers are shopping online.

Its been a glorious two years since I stopped going to this location. As a longtime Target "guest," I found this particular one to be the worst Ive ever experienced. First, getting in and out of the parking lot is a total risk-taking adventure. Like were Indiana Jones and this venue is the Temple of Doom. Then when youve made it inside youre dealing with some woefully unprofessional, uneducated employees who have the nastiest of attitudes. (Which seems to be a Baltimore thing?) So instead I took myself and my business down the road to the Target in Owings Mills, which is better. *** UPDATE Sept 2016: This store seems to be much improved. Store manager roaming around making sure things running smoothly. Cleaner, more expansive ailses. Ironically, its the Target down the road in Owings Mills that has taken a turn for the worse!

I called the operator at the Pikesville Target to see if they carried a particular product and I was transferred to a department where I waited for five minutes for someone to answer. I didnt hear any ringing so I called in again. The operator was very rude and condescending. She said that they are short staffed and she asked if I had the product code. I have a seven week old baby and I did not want to make the drive if they did not have what I was looking for. I told her I was looking for a particular bottle and she said they do not carry that brand and she hung up on me. Next time I will try a different store since the help was sub-par in my opinion. Hopefully, other people who call in do not have the same experience that I did.

We were at the midnight sale for the holidays. After filling our cart with clothes for our son who was home from college,my husband called me over to look at a rack of mens pants. The pants were hanging with an infestation of bed bugs! We called a manager to see what we saw and her response was lack of concern. We used our smart phone to verify by image that we had,in fact, identified the bed bugs correctly and walked out quickly without making a purchase or bringing the bed bugs home. I went online to discover that the same store had a rodent infestation in 2009.

Not the worst Target ever, but not great. Staff is pleasant and helpful, but inventory in some departments was ridiculously low. Also, departments where youd expect to have someone there at all times, like jewelry and tech, were deserted. Cleanliness score is only B+ - some trash on floor and shelves, misplaced merchandise not returned to correct location. Also, why do they let people idle their cars right next to the entrance?!?

This is my typical target, Im in here probably twice a month. I wish they would get more variety in the frozen and fresh food section. The store could also use some renovating as it just has a very worn in feeling. Also if you go early in the morning be prepared to wait for a register. However its target, you find everything you need and then some. Prices are very comparable and hours make it accessible.

Lousy phone customer service. Put on hold by someone in electronics for an excess of 5 minutes when I was promptly disconnected. Received this same lousy service from the Ellicott City store. Would not have to make this call first if advertised sale items were kept in stock.

Not really a big fan of this Target. Its possible that its because of the location, but its usually very drowned and seems a bit over priced to me. I only stop by here because its close by my house, I would rate their customer service a 4 star.

The people working at this store were helpful and courteous. However, the price that came up at the register was $10 more than both the website and store shelf prices. I would warn everyone to keep an eye on what is ringing up!

Target is my favorite department store, but this is a less well stocked, well kept up location. Still good, but I prefer Cockeysville for better produce, more grocery selection, and higher levels of cleanliness.

I generally have a good shopping experience and the location is very convenient. I did have one bad experience with a misleading sale - pay attention to what is advertised if you use their coupons.

Service was great. I had a mom and kid with about 20 things ahead of me. The cashier had the mom gone in about 3 minutes. I had about 10 things. I was taken care of quickly and politely.

Target has always been one of my favorite places to shop. Its like Wal-Mart but with better quality. This branch just added 4 new self checkouts, so the checkout process is even quicker

Good store in a good location. Went in on a Sunday afternoon to get a couple of pairs of shorts and got out quickly. Self checkout in any store is always a big plus.

Its Target. What else do you need to know? Its a less horrible Walmart. The store is generally quiet and clean. The mens clearance clothing is worth checking out.

Parking is always available. Place is clean and has what your looking for. They always have plenty of cashiers but they also offer self check out as well.

It was not the place the reason o give the three stars, it was the customer service personel on the phone. To which I called to make a complaint

Friendly staff and reasonably well kept shelves. Be careful with produce, meat, and bread as they are often past their expiration date or rotten.

Typical Target store, just hope that you do not need to interact with the staff. There is no customer and no service in customer service here.
