If I could give a zero star, I would have given the company sears this level. They are the most unprofessional company I have dealt with in a long time. My refrigerator was disabled on January 9th, 2017. The initial online order placed on the 9th of January did not fit in my house due to the size of the refrigerator. Therefore, I went to this store and ordered another refrigerator on the 13th of January. The associate assured me that my refrigerator will be delivered on the 23rd of January. I received an email and text message the night before to confirm the delivery time of January 23rd between 12:15-2:15pm. I changed all my appointments at my place of work to make sure I am home to receive the refrigerator. Incredibly, the day of delivery at 8am, I receive a text telling me that my delivery was delayed till the 6th of Feb. Sears only offered superficial apologies for such unprofessional action. then I called to find out that the original order which was not delivered, but somehow was still included as delivered. This means that I have close to 5000.00$ of items on my credit card that Sears have not delivered for me. Contacting their customer complaints department was completely futile...

I would urge you to look elsewhere for your appliance repair. After five scheduled repair visits for one issue, three no-shows by the service person and receipt of two wrong parts for a wall oven, I have arranged to have the repair performed by a different company. At this point, approximately 17 hours of my time have been spent waiting for Sears. Im working on a refund of the 50% I have already paid to them, but expect to continue with unkept promises and more runaround.

Terrible under stand why they are closing stores. Should close this auto center. Cleaning the shop was more important than fix in a tire on my van. They were bought at sears and had road hazard , on them. I arrived an hour before closing. They could not even put the spare on Im recovering from a heart attack last week. They did put air in tire so I could get to Mr Tire where it was repaired. This was the hunt valley location

Im not a big fan of Sears to begin with, particularly due to their poor customer service. This location might just have the record for the absolute worst. Long checkout times, employees are bored out of their minds and dont care at all. The only department that works is the online pickup service.

Came here Friday afternoon to make an appliance delivery. After a long time waiting in delivery door I went inside to check. Was told due to snow storm everyone was sent home. Its now Sunday morning and Im still waiting. Good thing I have a large truck with a sleeper.

The electronics section is gone Ive never been in a Sears that didnt have this, parts of the store smelt bad and overall the place looked like it was ready to go out of business. Maybe thats the best thing for this location...

The assoc in appliances was terrible
