I love this Bed Bath and Beyond due to a young associate name Jade. She is so wonderful, I will miss her as she is off to college(wishig her the best). Bed Bath and Beyond should recognize there associates with something even a gift card if they get great reviews. I can spend my money anywhere I choose, I choose this location because of warmth and friendliness of your associate. Do better by your people and your customers will return time and time again.

I like the store however the associates have attitudes, I always have a bad experience at the Owings Mills Store. The store usually has what Im looking for I just hate to have to ask someone when I cant find it on the shelf.

It pays to come here with your flyers to get somewhat of a good deal. Although you can find those hard to find items that you cant find elsewhere. They are pricey but will try and match prices if other stores.
