This location is so incredibly unprofessional! I placed an order for pick up yesterday. The email said it would be ready the same day. Because I know this location is never dependable, I waited 24 hours to send my employee to pick up the item. When she walked in, there were 4 employees standing around at customer service, chatting out their weekend. When my co-worker inquired about the item, they told her that it had not been "picked" yet. She was informed that they were 50 orders behind. My coworker asked if she could "pick" it herself (since she had just walked passed the aisle) and she was told no. If she wanted to pick it herself, she would have to pay for it again (I had already paid for the item online). My coworker had to ask for a manager, who told her the same thing. LONG STORY SHORT- after about 20 minutes of back and forth foolishness, she was finally able to get the item by herself and leave with the item. Meanwhile, the 4 employees were standing there the whole time! This is exactly why they are so far behind on orders! You can never find anyone to help you when you need help, there are always employees just standing around and chatting. Last time I was there, my cashier was actually texting on her cell phone while ringing people up! Bad management, Very unprofessional!

Not good. I was just in this location and as I was leaving, I saw a lady pull into a parking space and as she was getting out of her car she put a leash on her dog. They casually walked to get a cart and to my surprise, she lifted the little dog up and put it into the cart. They casually walked into this location as if its a normal thing. I hailed down a worker and asked besides service animals is Walmart pet friendly because thats not very sanitary. She said not that she knows about. I proceeded to follow up with a manager and was told all they can do is ask if the animal is a service animal and if they say yes, they cant refuse them. Well as far as Im concerned, anybody can reply "Yes my pet is a service animal". So, just in case other patrons of Walmart didnt get the memo, Here it is according to the manager (not verbatim but in essence) You can bring Fluffy, Kujo, and Killer with you when you shop at Walmart. They wont mind just tell its a service dog. I dont hate animals in fact, Im quite fond of them but you wont catch them sitting at my dining room table or eating off my plate, or in my kitchen while Im preparing my food! Its not sanitary! Certain places are off limits. Im officially done with Walmart!!!!

Ive been here before to purchase ammo and theres always a wait to find some employee who has the key to unlock the cabinet where it is stored but tonight cemented my abhorrence of this store and its indolent, unhelpful, and uncaring employees. I went right to the aisle where they store the ammo (which has its own counter and register by the way) and notified the employee manning it that I would like to get some ammo. He didnt have the key (what a surprise) but told me he would page someone who did. After letting me know he did I waited about 15 minutes before asking another employee who passed by that I was still waiting for someone to unlock the cabinet for me. She told me she would notify someone who did in fact have the key but after waiting another 15 minutes I said to hell with it. Avoid at all costs, its simply not worth the wasted time dealing with the pathetic ghetto trash who pose as employees and management at this store. Buy ammo online or elsewhere.

While my husband and I entered the crosswalk a employee came speeding around the corner through the crosswalk. Had I not used my instincts to stop and stop my husband she would have hit us. The entire time she looked at me and motioned to her passenger and other employer that she didmt care. During this entire time a manager stood right there oblivious. I went in to bring this to the attention of a Manager. They told me they would address the situation tomorrow. I decided to go to Target instead. I visit this store so often with my children I cant imagine what I would have done of my children were with me. I will NO longer shop here.

this walmart is not 24hrs. But its a cool walmart to stop and get things. Its not a Super Center so its not going to have EVERYTHING. Half of the ppl on here complaining are the main ones that give the staff a hard time looking for dumb stuff and being rude trying to get over on staff wanting discounts and moving items from pegs so they can get stuff for a cheaper cost. Not EVERY walmart has the same items. SUPER centers carry way more cause the store is way bigger. So before you bash a store make sure you know your facts and know what your getting.

I went there a few months ago to buy plants in the garden center. The place was a mess. Plants were everywhere and not watered and not taken care of. I went back a few weeks ago and the place was cleaned up. Within five minutes I saw 2 mice scurrying inside the store and outside in the garden center. The garden center is right near the freezer section and the food section. Absolutely disgusting! I went there since they had the cheapest plants. I dont know if Id go back even after the mice are gone.

I visited Walmart late around 1 am and thre checkout is horrendous. The young lady register ripped my reciept and I need a copy with all information since I participate in the Savings catcher program. The associate could not reprint my receipt without the manager. He was rude and unfriendly. He told me I could come back the next day and I told him no, I need my complete receipt. He appeared to be in a position that made him unhappy. RUDE, inability to open registers when there is a long line.

I was not alloud to take down a displayed stroller to make sure i liked it before i buy it per "possing manager" im not going to buy something if i cant even look at it and make sure i like it !! Very disgusting i will never go back and will make sure no one i know goes to this walmart.

Im here often. Many employees try but I think its a management issue. Hire more people during peak hours. Train your staff better. Fire people who dont want to work and who cant meat a deadline. The store is clean, usually well stocked and most of the staff is attentive and kind even if they are nk ot trained well enough to answer a simple question. Ill return to the store. I can have a little patience when there are people who try so hard to make my day go well.

Employees definitely make a store! I goto the Walmart instead of the nearby Super Center if I need to just grab one thing and leave. The employees here are so loud and are always engaging in conversations like the customers dont exist and can not hear their ignorance. Every time I leave I could tell you whos having Sex with who and how many hours each employee had on their check! One pro is the self checkout line since you can ring yourself up faster than the cashier.
