Have a bad back and foot so needed some good shoes. Went to Pebbles as its the closest department store but was disappointed with the lack of service and rude shoe dpt lady. Acted like she was too good to help a customer with unlimited budget because I was under dressed and looked like a vagrant at the time. Had just come from Dr office and could of used some expert advice. She had no customer service skills much less desire to be a sales person. I am in customer service and a multi-million dollar sales person who started before this chic was born. I was disappointed in the lack of organization of the shoe department, wrong shoes in boxes that were supposed to be my size. No one ever asked if I needed assistance and I was obviously having a difficult time getting around. When I did ask for help she made me feel like I was bothering her because she was busy doing nothing but belonging in a B store.

I love Peebles, but a lot of times anothearent enough employees to help the number of customers they have. There is one particular young woman who works behind the jewelry counter who never walks off...just waits on one customer after another.

Beautiful clothing, well made and affordable. A store for professional women in the area who usually travel to VA Bch or Chspk for blouses, suits or ither work wear.

Ms Niecy was a pleasant worker. She greeted me with a smile and offered me help with coupons. She was a pleasure to work with and I found great deals!!!!

Drove 1-1/2 hours to get there and they closed at least 40 minutes early!! Not happy! Last time we were there the clerk was very rude :-(
