Not very happy. The customer service has really gone down hill and its not even holiday. I also will not order ever again from in the store. I was over charged and no one could help me. How would you feel if you had to go through a big hassle because THEY over charge you. Very disappointed in the dress deptartments services. And even more disappointed with the in store online services.

Always find something! Sales are non stop and they carry a lot of major brands for the area. Wish they had more in juniors for the adult thats young at heart. Shoe department is better than Macys Lord & Taylor and Nordstroms.

I love Bonton the best coupons around for Quality goods. They also yellow/black dot sales( with designer name like Ralph Lauren and Michael Kors) are a serious steal for which they also offet coupons.
