I am very happy with this Target at Mondawmin Mall. This store is clean and maintains the standard of Target stores I have shopped in an many cities. The staff is nice and I know a few of the managers and staff. It brings me great community pride to see African American young men and women taking pride in the store and demonstrating leadership in the businesses here in the community. I hope the owners of Target realize how important a role this store plays in this neighborhood in providing opportunities. I am also pleased to see some of my students and alums from Morgan State University in roles of management. Walter Kennedy, I am proud of you brother! Keep up the good work "Morganites!" Your Alma Mater is proud of you!

OK target but, they tend to never update their signs. In multiple occasions I went to pay for something and hit with the excuse that the sign was old and not granted the sale price on the sign which can be very frustrating. On top of everything they get bothered when you ask them to go look at the sign and have an attitude. Also, theyve had no cashiers up front TWICE with only the self checkout available. When multiple customers in the long line asked about cashiers they were told that there were no cashiers working for the day!!! How in the world??!! I mean Targets are big Andi understand self checkouts for small purchases but, imagine scanning large carts of groceries and products on a machine yourself?!

The entrance to the store is a wreck. Unlike Walmart where the shelves are always stocked with sale items and merchandise youd want to buy. The shelves at the entrance to the Target on Tioga Parkway look like a bomb fell. Apparently they dont know or dont care about merchandising, or the signal that it sends to shoppers. Either that, or the people that shop there dont care. Im leaning more towards the latter. Id be embarrassed to take anybody of significance there or even suggest it as an alternative. The corner store in my neighborhood looks better than the entrance inside this Target. I dont recall the Target in Pikesville looking bad at all upon entering the store.

Ive never had a problem at this target. This Christmas Eve they handled things really nicely. It was really crowded and I was still able to get in the self checkout line and out just like that. There were a lot of self checkouts open so I only had 1 or 2 people in front of me. The staff there are generally friendly. They had nearly all the registers open so things moved quick in the regular lines. Good job. Keep it up. No long lines out the door.

The store is usually clean,and the staff is cool (for the most part). Things are sometimes not labled correctly or isnt labled at all and the staff always seem to be busy trying to fix this issue.Now the most disapointing thing about this store is that it closes earlier than other Target stores in the Baltimore area.This store has a lot of potential if it can fix these minor(or not so) things. Maybe they should consider staying open 24hrs!!

10/16/15 12:42 pm...Costumer service manager Unprofessional had me waiting at the picture kiosk well over 10 mns for service not to mention she stopped to talk with some girl and played with the baby. ..I mean come on Baltimore we have to do better..it probably took bee 5yrs to get the job not to mention just got off of Govt assistance. ..chicken head status

rude staff they are all too busy talking to playing with flirting with each other LOUDLY that they dont greet guest or have basic human respect when u need help its like u r bothering them at their hang out spot not they r there to provide customer service...rachett im never going back

The employees here really do try to give you good customer service but they lack the aptitude. Its a management training issue. I come to this location for quick shopping but if I have real questions about products I go to the Canton location.

Il this was my second time visiting this particular target. I wss surprised that the snack bar didnt have a cashier and the manager saw customers standing in line and didnt acknowledge them.

Store was laid out well and staff was friendly, but a lot of items were misplaced or on the ground. Needs a little more attention paid to the merchandise, but otherwise not a bad location.

The reduced section when you first walk in, is phenomenal. I love it, sometimes it is hard to get help from associates, when you need help in a particular department.

The best selling point is the fact that it has a nicely sized grocery. Theres frozen foods, produce, canned goods etc.
