I would give no stars if possible. I drive my car there for new tires, drop it off 3 hours, get it back with no tires as they were trying to contact me to let me know the tires their website selected for my model car were incorrect. My phone was dead the whole 3 hours so I didnt find out until I got back. I get the key, get in my car, turn it on, and it makes a noise like it has no exhaust pipe. I get out and look at the back exhaust, its fine. I look underneath and the whole pipe is broken and on the ground. I report this to the service manager, he shakes his head in disgust and contacts the assistant store manager. She proceeds to tell me they have it on video and it looks like they did nothing wrong. I just look at her blank stare and say, "Would you like to look under my car?" She refused of course. As I protest and ask for insurance information (which they refused to provide) the service manager says, "It was brought in that way." I laughed and ignored him. Asst Mgr went on to insist that no one was behind the car - I stated the damage was on the undercarriage and wouldnt be seen on video. She replied that they can see underneath too. I said, "Then you should be able to see when it was broken. She said, "Oh no we cant see underneath." At that point it all dawned on me, Im at WALMART - I wont be getting a reasonable and logical explanation (as I already head 3 versions at that point). I just asked for insurance info, they refused and told me to call 1800WALMART to file a claim. Here we go on a long drawn out nightmare Im sure. Dont bother explaining things logically to these people - intelligence is in short supply.

I wish you could rate this less than 1 star. I live within walkin distance of this Walmart and choose to drive to Glen Burnie because I will not shop in that poorly managed, filthy store. It seems their shelves are always half empty, even though there is never a lack of boxes sitting in the middle of the aisles that you have to maneuver around to get to what you need. Their employees act as if youve offended them asking them to "excuse me" so you can get around them when they are supposedly "restocking". I witnessed an older couple purchasing a Christmas wreath that was marked with an incorrect price (even though there was an entire display of them with the price clearly marked on a large sign at the top) and the manager told them they were priced incorrectly by a night employee and wouldnt sell it to them for that price. To add insult to injury, this poor couple was forced to go stand in yet another ridiculously long line at the return center to get their money refunded. Walmarts mistake and this couple had to pay the price of waiting in two long lines? There is absolutely no excuse for it. The corporation of Walmart needs to hold training classes for their managers on not only how to run their store, but how to pick the right employees. Whatever happened to "thank you, have a nice day". Now you get your receipt slapped in your hand and a look like "move on", while they turn to the next poor victim in line. I waited a long time to get a Walmart store close to home. Now I hope it goes under and they put a Target there. At least they seem to care about their customers and keep their stores stocked and clean.

Ive seen some of the reviews on this WalMart at Washington Boulevard. My dad likes to shop here a lot since its closer to our house. Hes able to get most of the essentials for the house from this store, but the service here definitely needs improvement. Every time I go in this store with my dad, the shelves are half empty except in the early morning hours. I remember coming into this store last year to get a birthday cake and just about all the cakes were gone except for the specialty desserts like Boston Creme pie or torts. We tried to get a baker to make us a birthday cake, but there was no one behind the counter to help us. We even rung the bell a few times. So, we finally settled on a cake in the freezer section that had both ice cream and cake in it. We thought we still got a sweet deal, but heres what happened. The top part of the cake where the frosting was tasted like candle wax and whipped cream after I blew all the candles out. Next year, Im definitely going to another store for my birthday cake. All the other people who gave this WalMart a bad review should definitely try to file a complaint with the company headquarters in Bentonville, AR, if they feel that the management at this branch dont really care about their customers. It is true that this store also has the tendency to get too crowded and still not have very few lines open for customers to check out. Ive seen it happen. I also think that half the people that empty out the shelves at this WalMart come from the inner city neighborhoods.

When shopping at this understocked, dirty, unprofessional store, the customers are treated as suspects in a crime. The security staff are the only employees working. Working to the point of obvious and intimidating. It was impossible to find an employee to assist with anything and when by chance it does happen it is the wrong information and rude. While shopping in the women section an apparently drug addicted person reached in my cart for my purse. He was unsuccessful to say the least. After telling an uninterested employee I witneessed the same theif do the same to another women with a child in a cart. Again the same uninterested employee looked away. Where was security? Probably proteecting the grapes and cookies!!!! Really!!! This store has no inventory, lousy empolyees and endless lines with the same uninterested rude cashiers. Walmert is dirty, unorganized and has the worst produce and meats. I have seen ice cream already melted be refrozen by the employees. Thawed meats put back in the freezer from an abandoned cart. Why? Does Walmart make so much money it doesnt care about quality care, service and inventory that serves its community. This company is not involved positively within our community. It is a hinderance and an insult. As if Walmart customers are not important. The very people that spend their hard earned money at Walmart are insulted and violated by the Walmart employees and their managment. Where is the customer service? Where is the merchandise? Where is Walmart??

If you need to buy something from a Walmart, go to the one in Glen Burnie, never go to this one. Ive been going to this Walmart since it was built and I unfortunately am stuck going to it because of ride limitations. Whenever you ask an employee a question, they either dont know or ignore you. Ive only seen 2 nice employees, those two have experience and actually care about what their doing. Like everyone else said, ghetto. Staff talk loudly to one another saying curse words in front of kids, dropping pallets onto the floor so it makes a loud sound, not caring. Last time I remember all this happening was 2 employees stocking shelves in different isles, yelling loudly to each other talking about some girl one of them had sex with, in LOUD detail. There were kids there! 9 times out of 10 when you want something youll see employees standing around joking and talking, or walking right past you into the back of the store ignoring your completely. They are always stocking, with sealed up boxes in the middle of isles and in your way. A grand total of about 5 out of (i think) 30 registers open at a time, and after around 9pm theres only register 8 open. If you have to shop here, bring headphones to block out the stuff the staff is saying, blocking the sound of giant wooden pallets being dropped on the ground, and expect to wait in line for about 10-15mins.
