My experience purchasing a vehicle at Kensington Auto Sales was ideal. I found they had a very low-mileage 04 Mazda 3i through various online resources and decided to swing by for a test drive. Their inventory is kept inside, away from the elements, and the cars literally gleam with expert detailing. After driving the car, I noted that there was some clipping with the brakes, which initially was explained to me as a product of some rotor rust buildup that should alleviate itself. I was a bit quizzical, but I decided to put a deposit down. I had a good feeling about the dealer, and felt assured that I could find a car to suit my needs within the 30 days that the deposit could be applied to the purchase of a different vehicle. What came next really sets KAS apart from other used car dealers. When I returned with my financing check the following week, the co-owner Henry told me that he had taken the Mazda out for a drive and felt that the brake issue needed addressing before he felt comfortable selling the car. They subsequently had the rear rotors replaced. That was such a great surprise; it made me feel extremely confident in closing the deal. The evening that I purchased the car, I found that the turn-signal canceller was not functioning properly. No problem. I called Henry and he promptly ordered a replacement part. About a week later, I brought the car in and Henry replaced the turn signal / headlight component in about 10 minutes. I was incredibly pleased with how the whole process played out, and Im now the proud owner of my own vehicle for the first time. Thanks to KAS for making that happen!

I got my daughter her first car, a clean Toyota Corolla from Kensington Auto Sales. We made an appointment and showed up. The car was ready for us when we got there and the salesman explained all the details about the car as well as their “no haggle” policy and their pre-sale inspection check list. We test drove the car and everything looked fine. Since, I am from the area, I took the car to my friend ASE certified mechanic, which is 10 minutes away, and had him to perform an inspection on it. He gave me his approval to go ahead with the deal. I returned to the dealer and closed the deal. The paperwork went smoothly and Thais, the title clerk, was super helpful, kind, and didnt rush to explain the purpose of each form we had to sign. They had tags in-hand and the process couldnt be easier/faster. No need to go to the MVA and we were heading home in less than an hour. My daughter has been driving the car for 2 months and no issues. I would definitely recommend Kensington Auto Sales if someone is looking for a good car and a hassle-free deal!

In all my car-buying adventures, the latest one with Kensington Auto Sales has been one of the most straightforward, painless and enjoyable experience. Henry and his brother went above and beyond in making the transaction smooth and drama-free. The facility was clean. All the cars were spotless. Even the bathroom was clean! They were thorough and covered everything every step of the way - from carfax to the temporary tags. Want to test drive? They got the process pat down. All the information about the car was provided, before I asked for them. They were very courteous and professional when answering questions, etc. No pressure at all. Most importantly, the car was exactly as described and has been flawless. We didnt have any concern driving it back home 3 hours away. They even helped us drop the car off to a local rent-a-car branch so my wife wouldnt have to follow me in an unfamiliar setting at night. Next time I need another car, Im driving back to these guys again.

I flew from Dallas to purchase the perfect Toyota; it is exactly like the one I have now, but with 300,000 fewer miles on it! Matthew and Henry were fantastic providing information about the vehicle, and even picked me up at the light rail station when I got to town. The car was exactly as described, and I was so blissed out Henry felt the need to point out the cars tiny flaws. Thais had the sale completed in under an hour, and about 36 hours after I left, I was home with my new (hey, it LOOKS brand new!!!) car. The free 3 month warranty they provide offered comfort on the drive back. Henry, Ill see you in 300,000 miles for my NEXT "new" car! Youre the BEST!

Sometimes it pays to go out of ones comfort zone to find out what you want is out there for you. From the moment we walked into the showroom we were warmly greeted by Henry who was upfront and honest about this family owned business. He gave us time to look at his inventory on computer and then in the showroom. We found what we wanted at the price we wanted and I will tell all my friends and family to go to Kensington Auto sales for their next car. The car we bought was in pristine condition with amazing features. This is the best positive experience I have ever had purchasing a car !

I bought a car from Kensington Auto Sales two months ago. It was a great experience. I visited several places before I decided to go to Kensington Auto Sales. Kensington Auto Sales was the only dealer that offered 3 months warranty and buyback guarantee for one full year on the car I wanted to buy. They were no “pushy” and answered all questions I asked. Further, they didn’t hesitate to allow me to take the car to my mechanic. I am 100% satisfied with my purchase and would recommend anybody to try them before buying a used car from any other used car dealership.

First we bought a 2007 Toyota Matrix from Kensington Auto and that experience was so pleasent, so easy and so personable, we went back a month later and purchased a 2006 Miata. I cant say enough good things about Rick and Henry. They are helpful. Not pushy, and a pleasure to do business with. I have a completely different opinion of buying and owning a used car now that Ive been to Kensington Auto. All the cars we looked at were in excellent condition both mechanically and cosmetically. If you are looking for a used car dealership - look no further!

Just wanted to say what a great experience I had at Kensington Auto Sales. Rick and Henry are friendly, informative and NOT anything like the typical pushy car salesman you would normally encounter. The quality of the vehicles they have on hand is far above other dealerships I was looking at. They even offered to find me something I was interested in. I purchased a car from Kensington Auto Sales 6 months ago. Ive been very happy with it so far. Recently I took the car to my mechanic to have an oil change performed and in addition to the oil change I asked him to perform the complete check up on it. It turned out the car only needed the oil change... thats it! What else somebody that depends on a car to commute everyday can ask from a car dealer? Thanks Kensington Auto Sales.

I recently bought a car from kinsington auto sales they were very good and were on top of everything there cars are what they say they are and they back them up i had a problem with my purchase and they corrected it as soon as i told them about it i would buy another car from them if i need another one . There prices are very good and below what car fax says what they should be asking .
