This place and the "H-Mart" up the street are great places for people who are not Asain (including India of course) and dont know the products to just walk around browsing. They have some really neat and exotic stuff. I only gave it 4 stars because the lady at the service desk said they dont sell Lotte gift cards, I thought that was strange. Maybe something for them to rhink about implementing. For Christmas, I wanted to get a Lotte gift card for my gfs mother who barely speaks English and idk exactly what she likes to buy, so I was pretty disappointed when they told me they dont but whatever. Cool place, everyone should check it out, especially those who do not know much about the details of these cultures (such as myself).

Good place for asian foods. If you check weekly ads, you might be able to find some good deals. But there is some problem with seafood dept. If you ask for some specific fish, the guy who looks like a manager might try to play with the price, saying "This batch came today and very fresh, so I have to charge more." What the XXXX? When I tried to buy $5.99 fluke, he tried to sell it for $7.99, saying like that. Does that mean other, regular priced fish are NOT fresh? Just beware of that.

Good selection of basic parts. Basic repair/maintenance service is okay, but customer service can be hard to get sometimes. Big jobs Id recommend looking for more experienced staff elsewhere. Generally though I feel the prices have been good and the hours of operation are great..yeah after work and weekends! Not bad for a national chain...you dont always get very personal service though. Expect to be on hold a-lot or have the phone ring along time.

I vote for 5 stars Lotte Plaza market at Baltimore because the Lotte market carries always variety of quality merchandises: Fruits and Vegetables always fresh, and the prices are unbelievably low compare to local super market in Maryland. The seafood, freshness and clean shelves are additional reasons to be the best place to shop. My family eat better with less money and more for the healthy food beacuse we are shopping at Lotte.

Enormous variety of Korean, Indian, Asian and African foods. Has a wide inventory of ethnic goods. Service is choppy - ranges from good to indifferent,almost bordering on rude. An example is a cashier refusing to load the grocery bags in the shopping cart, despite being requested twice by an elderly customer. Handicapped unfriendly.

I love this place. Great produce. Great for the curious weekend chef like me. They service clientele from Asia, India so the cost is relatively inexpensive and the variety is broadercthan a typical American grocery store. I love it.

Hands down my favorite market to visit. Lotte has great pricing and selection. The produce and frozen fish and meat selection is large and unique. Lots of fresh made foods and a diner inside the stord will keep me coming back.

A bit less crowded than the super popular H-Mart which I like. They have a good array of Korean produce and foods as well as other ethnic groceries. Meat and fish always look fresh and tasty.
