Very first time I went there (just came from the West Coast), went to Customer Service, counted my money and the person behind the counter walked away, she didnt want to wait for me. Keeping in mind that no other customers were there, but me. I waited ten minutes just to do one transaction. I frequent the store now almost daily, because the food is pretty good and fresh, the prices are a bit steep on some of the stuff. I just know, that if that person is around, I will not use their Customer Service and go to Safeway rather to get help, they are cheaper too, their Customer Service is also much better, even with their store looking much much older.

I Had a bad experiance at cash out, Anirata was my cashier and was really rude no words were exchanged during the entire checkout once all items were scanned ($154 worth) she did not even let me know what the total was and just stood there. really unprofessional and rude my 2 daughters were there and they even asked me why the lady did not talk? Sad that a child can distinguish when someone has no manners. I gave it 2 stars because the Store was overall neat and clean otherwise it would of been a 0 if I had a choice. Training on customer service is suggested as she may not last long there with that attitude.

Terrible! Poor management and rude manager. I was looking for a job here, and that rude manager said, "I dont like him", for some reason. He also hates Muslims, that should explain it, barely gave me a chance to get to know me. The only thing good about this store, are the doughnuts, food court, and good quality products. Other then that, this store is dirty, messy and unattractive to look at.

Easy layout, nice vegetable department, good prices, the best donuts in the world. Check out can be difficult because of limited coverage but has always been courteous.

Shop for my day to day items here. Well stocked, decent prices and options. Fresh produce. Most of the employees are curtious and help when needed.
