To describe my experience using this company trying to get my phone fixed would be a gargantuan task because this company is garbage! They use doublespeak, they use insulting terms, and they are not reliable. Phone was given to them on monday with the promise that I would have it fixed in two days. I left my email address with him so he could contact me when said phone was done. I had to go physically to the mall today to retrieve my phone because the gentleman was trying to jip me, take my money, and put the broken part back on my phone! I actually had to call my dad and have him interfere with me because the gentleman at the fix was belligerent and belittling to me. It was only due to my fathers help that I was able to retrieve my phone. I would not recommend this company, I certainly wouldnt recommend this company to other military members, as I am a military daughter myself. I know most believe that the mall is a convenient place to shop, but trust me, avoid this company like you would avoid the plague because they are bad for business indefinitely unreliable to the nth degree! I may be a young woman, but I am not naive nor am I stupid as this gentleman at the fix try to make me out to be. He even asserted that he didnt care what the customer thought, because it was his business. Trust me, avoid this place! If I could, I would have given them 0 stars because thats what theyre worth.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. No wonder it didnt cost that much because my phone is more broken than it was before. I dropped my phone and the screen broke but people were calling me so thats how I know my speaker worked. Now my speaker doesnt work, theres plastic sticking out of my speaker. My finger print thing doesnt work and I know that worked before too. And theres a bunch of other stuff. Just go somewhere else and pay more. Its worth it.

I called The Fix and they were able to service my sons phone immediately. I worked with Adem who was very meticulous about his work and made sure that not only everything worked properly but also ensured the entire phone inside and outside was clean. He offers a lifetime guarantee on his work and he is also very pleasant to deal with. If you need your phone repaired, I would highly recommend The Fix.

Ive broken my iPhone several times over the past couple months. Every time Ive gone to the kiosk in the Bangor mall, Adam has worked on my phone for me. Hes always very pleasant to talk to while working on my phone. Im always pleased with the work does, and he always goes above and beyond to help me out. Definitely an asset to the company. Id go to the fix over any other place from now on!

I have an iPhone 6 that I completely shattered the screen on. Took it to "The Fix" Adam was able to replace the screen in 10 minutes and did it right in front of me. Really nice guy and even put a screen protector on my phone. Highly recommend this place.
