twice this month (2nd time being today) my service has been shut off .my bill do the 7th of the month,I pay the 3rd of the month.. this month being Aug.2017 I paid on the first was shut off non payment of service on the 4th ..so yesterday being the 7th my phone broke n so I went n got another on (an upgrade as well) n paid 145.83 n wasnt told I owed 12.00 more yesterday but instead my phone gets shut off again this morning..reason non payment of service... are u kidding me???? TWICE in same month n my bill being paid in full both times..... my cell is the only fone I have I m 71 n need my fone at all times for health reasons n I live alone.... n this is what the company does to me......this is beyond bad service I m going to change contracts n not do business with this place EVER again

Called got somebody rud was trying to ask about me and my friends cell phone cases that they promise us this week the only reason that we got the phones or we would of got different ones now there saying a nother week wouldnt minded but the rud employ thats wrong I did not do anything to get a atuid and hung up on for I do a lot of business there been with merto PCs for a bit now think that me and my friend might take are business some were else and Im going to call corprit and the phone serves sucks all it does is buffer and buffer cant even serf the web so freackin sad what a business By Charlie young Jan/29/16

This place has the worst customer service Ive ever experienced. Between closing early (anywhere from 15 min to 2 hours), sarcastic responses to even the most basic of inquiries, failure to honor their own return policies due to asinine loopholes, and a complete ambivalence to customer dissatisfaction, I dread dealing with these people in any fashion. USE THIS STORE AS A LAST RESORT!! Ive had little to no issues with MetroPCS as a company but these guys give the company a horrible name! Frequent this establishment at your own risk!!

Im very unhappy with 1 sales agent who only cared about selling me the newest phone. Was not concerned with what I needed. Had I known exactly what the phone could & couldnt do I wouldnt bought it at all. I was told the phone could do things that it actually cant do. Ive gone back unable to resolve anything. Basic my Im stuck with a phone that cant do what I need it to do. Which means its useless to me & Ill have to buy another one in the very near future.

As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted by a Metro PCS Authorized sales rep, he walked out from behind the counter and was very courteous, he took the time to figure out what I needed and all of my questions were answered.I am truly impressed with the service, Ill be back Metro thanks again love my new phone.
