So this is a story everyone has to here I was getting ready to go to the Apple Store to have my screen fixed on an iPhone 6 and a friend of mine heard that I was going there he jumped all over me and told me dont you dare go there . Go to the repair shop in Scarborough its called I store phone repair so I went there for two issues one my screen was not working second I forgot my iCloud account and password so I spoke to To the guy and told him my issue he told me that he can replace the screen the LCD the whole assembly line it would take about 10 minutes and then I said 10 minutes yes Apple told me It will take four hours to change the screen I asked them how much it will be he said $89.95 have a seat please Plus he will give me a free template glass . I ask hem about the other issue with the iCloud account he said The only way you can unlock it or change the passcode is after we finish with the work you can go to Apple and they will get rid of the passcode so when I left I store phone repair my phone was working fine I went to Apple for some reason they locked my phone up and they can help me out anymore I said what is going on when I brought you the phone the phone was working fine Apple said it was I store fault not true my phone was working perfectly OK when I left I store phone repair and apples somehow managed to screw my phone up so Apple did not want to help me whatsoever I went back to i store phone repair and told him my issue. fortunately my phone did not have an iCloud account just the first six digits on the front within 25 minutes I store unlock my numbers and gave me back my working phone please to anyone that owns an iPhone do not go to that Apple Store to get your fixed I beg you dont do it

I paid for a charging port on Monday the 18th. I was told it would be ready on Friday .I called Friday at 3:30 and asked if it was in. I was told that it was, I had a conversation and said that I would be there a little bit after five. They said that was fine that they were open until 6. I drove Up from York . I arrived at 522, I was sitting at a red light across the street from the store, I saw two people walk out of the store and get into a truck. I Passed them as we both crossed rt one in different directions. I was pulling into the parking lot and they were pulling out. When I got to the door I realize that it was the people from the store that has closed. There was no note on the door as to why they were closed early no phone call saying that they would be closing early, and no phone call .Very very bad Way to do business. I have another phone repair store in hopes of having my phone repair there after payment on my credit card for this one. ***UPDATE***** I went tot he store yesterday to get my phone back. Danny was very professional and apologetic. He made this right in many ways. He and John are both very good business men and stand behind their word. I agree that I was angry and upset. I had spoken to John on Tues and told him that I would drive up on Weds. When I did Danny spoke to me and wanted to "Make this right" I can say that his store does business in ways that you do not find often anymore and they have gained a loyal customer. Too many business owners do not step up and take responsibility, these guys did. Thank you Danny and John.

my son was having a problem with his touch screen on his iphone 6 plus i went to the apple store waited 3 hours for them to tell me it wasnt under warranty anymore and it would cost 150 to fix i said maybe i should go to the iphone repair store and see what they charge ivan at apple told me they (iphone repair store)would not able to fix my phone as it requires calibration and my son would not be able to use alot of his stuff on his phone home button,camera,and touch ID, i left there thinking i cant pay 150 right now and went to the iphone repair store they were so nice and kind and super helpful that not only told me my phone was recalled and that the apple store had never mentioned i should have gotten my repairs for free. not only did the iphone repair store fix my phone in 10 min all the buttons and functions were working great he was able to calibrate it and show my why my phone wasnt working , i dont recommend the apple store they only want your money and they are way over priced i saved 50 and it took 10 min instead of 3 hours.he also gave me some free stuff for my son. excellent service and very reasonable. thank you again
