EXTREMELY poor service by Associate named Brandyn who was surly, rude and hid the business cards with drama when I asked if I could have his supervisors name. Stick with real ATT stores with real employees trained in customer service and skip this "authorized dealer" on Broadway in a South Portland strip mall.
