Wanted to take the time to write a review of this store - Exceptional service. Honest and dedicated people. A big shout out to Dave Mealey, the store manager. Dave helped make a bad situation good again. I had been dealing with the retail store near Whole Foods. Never again! I waited a week for a replacement warranty phone to be delivered, only to find out it was not ordered - TWICE! Dave was able to figure out the problem, order the phone and it arrived the next day! Thank you Dave and all the fine folks at the Gorham Road Store. jane fairbrother

The staff is fine, Im just tired of continuously being charged for an upgrade every time I buy a $900 phone from Verizon. They have the best coverage in the area I live in, but their fees to long time customers are outrageous! The made me give up a grand fathered unlimited coverage a few years back when I started to buy my new phones and now they have started offering a lower quality option as far as streaming again. I just think they treat customers of over 20 years terribly! Again, thats at a corporate level not at the store.

My experience was great! After 2 days of digging around with beets and apple and even corporate Verizon I simply walked in and I explained the situation on how my $300 pair of headphones broke and I never wanted a pair of these again because I believe in representing a good company with good ethics and even better morals.DAVE the manager was beyond amazing. One of the best people Ive ever dealt with. The world needs more people like Dave. Stand up guy. Kudos. Good man

The gentleman who helped us setup our family plan was very helpful and even stayed late to make sure that everything was up to snuff. I have been very happy with this store and they seem to actually care when it comes to helping you find what you need or help with problems. This is the only store I frequent and I also tell friends, family and co-workers that this is the best VZW store.

I am not impressed with this store already and have not even visited. I tried calling to see if I could set up an appointment in advance, JUST LIKE I COULD DO AT THE APPLE STORE, to buy a new iphone - I have Verizon Wireless service now - and could not get anyone to answer the phone and could not even leave a message - guess Ill just head to the Apple store instead.

I showed up 30 minutes before their closing time only to find that they closed early. This is not the first occassion and is a routine occurrence for this store. Evidently customer service is not a priority at this location. When I do talk to an employee there, they typically are rude and passive to avoid helping you unless you are there to buy.

The staff sat around the front desk and ignored me almost completely. I was treated like I was invisible. When someone finally started to "assist" me after asking for help, she did so with an angry demeanor and with as little talking as she could. If I could give this store zero stars, I would. I will *never* visit this store again!

Two great experiences with CJ in helping my husband with his first cell phone. Appreciate the extra steps Dave took via telephone to finish the process, and he followed up with a call to be certain cell was working properly. Superb customer service. Will go back - our go to store!

Can I give 1 star? Customerservice service was so terrible. Ordered online and went to pick it up in store and they practically threw the bag at us and walked away. Didnt offer to help set it up, never gave his name. I have never had a good experience with this store.

We had a very positive experience with Jimmy at The Maine Mall Verizon store. Everything was explained about the IPHONE 6s and the Tablet we were given when we switched to Verizon. I would highly recommend Jimmy and Verizon
