I have been a US Cellular customer since 2006. You cant beat the pricing of their plans. I had a 1425min plan and it only cost me 90.00 amonth with free incoming calls, text and picture messaging Nationwide. Free nights and weekends @ 2100hrs. I recently upgraded to 4 lines with 1440min. 2 for my kids and one for my GF. For 124.00 a month. with free incoming calls, unlimited text and picture messaging Nationwide. Free nights and weekends @ 2100hrs plus free mobile to mobile (only with other US Cellular customers.) But thats more than enough. The customer service rep was very knowledgable and extremly helpful in helping me chose the phones and getting me set up. BTW, my GF works for a competing cell company, and says their plans and phones cant compare to US Cellulars.

Went in and no one greeted us. It took someone a few minutes to acknowledge our existence. A man grudgingly "checked us in", what the hell is that? He did not ask what we wanted. He told us to sit and wait for someone to help us, (could he help us?). We waited about 15 min while the same guy sold a guy a cover and another guy paid his bill. After 15 min, we got us and left, and none of the employees said anything. We went to anther store and bought a phone.

Thank you so much...Jake at Bangor mall...I went to Broadway first ..the girl there would not...could not help me....Jake was terrific..he was friendly...kind ...and helped me fix my phone...this was the second time..last time in December..he upgraded my phone , saved me money and I got an ipad..Thanks Jake...they are lucky to have you...!!!what an excellent employee♢♢♢♢♢♢♢♢

My husband and I visited this US Cellular store today. The woman who called herself a " service rep" offered no help at all. She didnt even try to offer any sugestions. She gave us a brochure and told us to call the insurance company or buy a new phone. We went next door and bought a new battery for $42 and it was fixed, no thanks to US Cellular

Very poor when u have 2 wait 2 pay for 20 minutes and the staff is overwhelmed with 5 people in line customer service is Where? Its a joke. ! Phone and service is good. lots of room 2 improve customer service!! If they care they should show it and prove 2 the customer .more professional and efficient people that can handle the work load !

Customer service sucks! Everytime we come to this store, we end up waiting for over an hour to see a customer service rep. They have 10 stations available to serve the customer, but only have 2 people working. Avoid this store at all costs!

Love USCellular. Dislike waiting in line for 25 minutes to be told they have no loaners, not helping me find one, and saying theres the phone, heres the number, call and they will you help you. thats not customer service.

The employees are helpful and friendly. Most are really good at their jobs, unfortunately they dont seem able to plan and staff appropriately for busy time. DO NOT go when it is busy.
