Have been a Verizon customer for years. Have been visiting the Henderson store since it first opened. Went in yesterday to upgrade phones and Preston and Josh not only upgraded my phones but also upgraded my outdated plan plan saving me money! They made me laugh, made me feel like I had known them forever! Very relaxed atmosphere. Quick, easy process These guys know their stuff and go out of their way to help you save money, get you deals and keep the process stress free. Absolutely recommend this store to everyone. Staff were dishonest about equipment. I purchased a hotspot device and it was not capable of doing what the sells person told me it could. I Verizon and was informed that none of the device that are currently available through them could do the things the sellsman told this device could do. I should have known better, this was not the first time I was ripped off by this staff.
