For whatever reason, every time I go into this store the customer service is awful. They are rude and unhelpful. They will greet you at the door, but when you need assistance their main concern is to get you out of the store. They have no real interest in helping you. This is clearly present in their demeanor. The last handful of representatives that assisted me have rudely interrupted me in the middle of my sentence and/or treated me as if I am completely inferior. I have worked management and retail for several years. By personal experience I would never hire anyone who treated customers in this way.

This store is awful I bought an UE Boom2 from the manager and Ive now had it replaced 3 times cuz it only works for the time its charged for and when you go to recharge it, simply will not take charge I was told " this is the last speaker we will replace since its your 3 and only happens to you and not any other customers, so if you need anything else you will have to deal with the UE boom2 customer service" so now I ran the battery down on the 3 guess what IT WILL NOT TAKE CHARGE

Dont go there for any kind of real help. You are much better off just calling 611 (AT&T Customer Service). This store has about a dozen people standing around doing nothing but waiting to sell a phone, not help a current customer. I went in about an issue my phone was having and they told me to go home and call technical support. This store needs to be more clear about what it actually is meant to do.

I was sold "buy one get one free phone promotion" only to be charged FOR BOTH PHONES!!! I would not recommend this store to anyone. All they say when I try to get them to make it right is "It wasnt part of the promotion". It was "part of the promotion" when they sold the phones to us. Customer Service says the store has to make it right - the store says call Customer Service. Extremely frustrating!

I had an awful experience at the store working with Kieth Varnado. We was given false information on the services of Directv and bundling with at&t internet. Long story short we canceled all serives, but not without several hours on the phone with at&t/directv. I would not recommend this stores services at all.

Very nice & knowledgeable staff great experience after a 15 minute wait the C/S got us in & out very quickly.

Called several times and never was transferred to a representative very dissatisfied with the service
