My review is for a specific employee, Zach Chacon. It is not necessarily in relation to the store as a whole. I went in to simply switch my iPhone 4 to a 5. No purchase. Just get a new SIM card and migrate my account from one phone to another that I was given by a friend. And was told thy I was not authorized on the account. And to call and obtain the account information so that we could proceed. Which I did. Upon receiving the necessary information, I was told, Nevermind you still arent authorized. We cannot help you. Which is specifically an issue with atts business practices. My review is more about the smug rude attitude that I received from Zach chacon and his extremely poor customer service. Not an employee that att should keep around. I have put myself through grad school working customer service and have rarely met someone with such a disrespectful attitude towards a customer. My guess is that he probably would not be that way with a customer he would receive commission from.

I switched carriers to AT&T and purchased a new Galaxy S7 and was convinced by the sales associate to purchase a $40 glass screen protector. I said Id rather buy a $10 screen protector online but was told by the sales person that I could come in anytime and get it replaced for free if it was broken... 5 months later, I walk in with a broken screen protector and am now told that I had to register a warranty with the screen protector company, show proof with my receipt, and pay $6.99 shipping & handling. Had I been told this in the first place I (1) wouldnt have purchased the screen protector from AT&T, or at the very least (2) registered it when I still had my receipt. You would think that after purchasing a $600 phone and signing up for a $100/month data plan that the sales person could at least level with me about a screen protector, but nope, thats the garbage AT&T pulls.

Was forced to return my Note 7 due to the FIRE HAZARD it is! AT&T and Google says nothing about paying tax, just swap the phone out. So Im carrying around something that can explode, am forced to return it after buying accessories for it (it also cost me $30 to travel to and from this store) and you charge me $80+ in tax and dont even give me a case? The rep also ignored everything I said, even the fact that I spent 2 hours at another store only to be told to go here. 2 hours later and my contacts and apps still havent synced as well. Update: AT&T Customer Loyalty amended the situation somewhat. Theyre sending me a case and gave me a bigger credit, and changed my plan so now I have unlimited data+rollover and it costs $5 less per month so I adjusted from 1 to 3 stars.

Not the first time at this location and I was hesitant to go back but we did because of convenience. My husband bought beats for me and when he got home there was NO head set in the box. Everything else but not the head set. The sales man Matt Rasich was sneaky and rude to my husband (i was with him) I will never go to this location again. I advise other to not waist your time at this location. We are dealing with customer care and will have to go back to get out product we paid for. They will not be happy with me. We are long time at&t customers but after this major disappointment I am unsure of the company.

Good selection of phones and other tech. Mostly expensive stuff like the new iPhone or iPad along with fancy flashy Samsungs. Great for a quick fix if youre in the area. Only reason Im giving five stars is the small lack of customer service. Chances are youll get a sales rep who either really knows their stuff and loves their job, or youll get someone whos just there for the paycheck and hates people.

Friendly and competent, but why does it take over an hour to activate a few hotspots? Perhaps not the fault of the store, but every activity that seems like it should be quick takes 20-30 min in ATTs system.

I came on workdays so it was pretty chill. The staff are helpful. I switched my Next plan from 6 to SE. It was a pretty laid back chat when he was working on it.
