Food served fast but a little messy. Had the 2 Chicago Dogs Special. Was good but not great. Going to try something different for lunch tomorrow. After dinner rush place was messy and employees had not made an effort to clean up in the hour I have been here. Not terribly dirty since most orders are taken to go.

Sampled the pastrami. Excessively chewy fat so order the corned beef on rye. Worst corned beef I have ever tried to eat. More chewy fat and ended up tossing almost half sandwich out. Stick to the hot dogs, polish and burgers which are very good.

I drove all the way from Forest Park to purchase for an event and they are closed even though it lists 7:00 pm. I called the phone # above they tell me its now 5:00 pm. Not very nice when customers try to support the Vienna brand.

Awesome Italian beef- cooked perfectly. Thats to be expected considering this is the factory outlet & they are directly across the street from the factory. Friendly & fast service, authentic Chicago food!

The fist and last time I will ever eat here the staff are stupid rude and ignorant. I spend $60 on food and the stupid cook stared to wipe the table before we were done eating.
