I wish I could give this place zero stars! But the one I gave would be for the poor staff members! This place has no bathroom! After driving an hour and a half to get here ... I asked to take a 6-year old to the bathroom and was told they didnt have one and that I could go across the street to McDonalds! I approached the owner and told him it was disgraceful. He said he didnt know he should provide facilities. My advice, find another store! Jennys in Matteson is worth the extra 15 minute drive! Horrible!!!!!

Never again! My suggestion is to buy what you need online. I drove from 2.5hra Yorkville to pick up certain products that I needed. Got there 20 minutes to 9, the doors are locked. I waved to the owner asked if I could get what I needed really quick, he would budge. No worries, Ive sent family and friends from Yorkville and they have literally bought hundreds if not thousands of dollars in product. Take my advice beautiful black women, start shopping online! DO NOT SHOP SISTASWIG!

They have a large selection of wigs. However, if you think you will be assisted, think again. I was there today around 5pm. I was very much in need of assistance. The few workers that were on duty actually tried to avoid the customers!!! Very dissatisfied and disappointed because I genuinely wanted to make a purchase.

Huge selection of high quality wigs. Very fair pricing. They also have extensions, clothes, shoes, hair and body accessories, makeup, etc... I love this place! High recommend you check it out.
