Horrible customer service. Everyone seems inconvenienced each time i come here. Only store in my area with a kiosk which saves me about $10 savings because it doesnt charge tax when i pay my bill. However, the kiosk is not working half the time. Associates will walk by witnessing customers having trouble with the kiosk and offer no help. Only when a customer ask for help with their transaction will an associate then say nonchalantly, "the kiosk isnt working".

Waited quite a bit , even though store had few customers which from looking I saw that they couldnt handle it. There was an older customer that needed help with working his iPad but the representative kept leaving him alone to go help someone else & then return to him. I was pissed for him, & in general for that matter

Lackluster Service. Very dismissive, unenthused and theres a clear disconnect with AT&T customer care on the phone and this stores representatives. Specifically had problems with a representative by the name of Dawn. Id recommend the Tinley Park Location, went through with no hassle.
