DO NOT buy from this company. Waited on a very expensive appliance delivery for 6 hours. Called 5 times over the course of the day. Lied to by every representative about who they spoke with and couldnt even update our phone number correctly, delivery drivers left a note on the account about our home that pretty much proved they just google mapped the house and just skipped us because it was drizzling, no updated delivery time frame, no one could get in contact with drivers in any way, every call was abruptly ended and hung up on, eventually cancelled the order and got a nicer fridge with less expensive warranty from Lowes. Also found out department sales people work only on commission and they will have to pay the company back on the appliance she sold us even though it was not her fault. Have now seen from several sources this has been an ongoing problem with the company. TERRIBLE customer service with lazy delivery drivers.

Its a shame that customer service is lost in this day and age, but no establishment illustrates that as much as the Sears in Bowling Green, KY. Their employees expertly blend ignorance and arrogance by knowing absolutely nothing about the products that they try to get you to buy and still having time to look down their noses at YOU at US the customers, and without us, they would be jobless. "Loss prevention" is a joke, employing the "best of the best" in mall cop. Management is clueless on how to run a company and should all be reeducated, assuming they were even educated to begin with. I strongly recommend that you avoid this establishment. If it is dignity, integrity and value... this is not the store for you.

The very worst place to buy appliances they will not stand behind their warranty spent $3500 their day one had trouble with my fridge and cook stove they would not make it right. Will never shop there again. Appliance manager said he would make it right but the store manager said he would not very very bad attitude.

I was pleased with my expierence buying my new fridge at Sears, the staff was knowledgeable and knew all the specs about the appliances and helped me on a great deal. I highly suggest asking to speak to Jeff or Shawn.
