the last time I will shop at walmart was today. You can no longer checkout. all you do is stand in lines that dont move, while 4 employees stand talking watching people wait. Half the stuff rings up wrong or not at all so the lines cant move. The cashiers have gotten tired of being the only ones who do anything and joined the crowd of just chatting and taking their time to, I dont blame them. You will pay people to stand and watch your customers wait but wont pay them to help customers. It takes longer to checkout than shop. you are as bad as McDonalds for complete inept customer service. I had to give 1 star to post this but you dont deserve any. another of your little scams.

Horrible managers. Very hateful. Cashiers are very nice but it seems like they are disrespected in front of customers. Very unprofessional. The managers talk bad about customers in front of them. And are rude at customer service. The best thing they could do. Is start fresh with new management. They have never personally been mean to me but ive seen them treat the elderly bad, i dont go there unless there is no other choice. Night staff is great I try to go after 10 pm even though Im a full time day shift employee at my job.

I love Walmart but the employees are bias and ignorant. My husband and friend were buying some items here and used the self checkout. They went to buy a game and had yo have one of the employees check it and when she did she accidentally deleted off of the recipient and when my husband and friend went to leave the security alarm went off and they were accused of stealing and were told that they were never aloud at a Walmart again.

They have a good variety of items, priced reasonably but their customer service is severely lacking. There are always plenty of employees wandering around and yet you cant find one when you need help or God forbid have to go to their Customer Service Center where theres always a long line & takes forever to get helped. For this reason alone I try to shop elsewhere.

BEWARE of the Tire Center. They damaged the wheel on my car. Although they did replace the wheel, now the tire will not hold air. I am sure they will honor the warranty purchased, and replace the tire too. But, I feel that the tire was also damaged when they changed it to the new wheel. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!

The pharmacy is very lackluster. They have went mostly to the self-checkouts and only have a couple cashiers working at a time the prices are the same even though you have to do the work. The employees are helpful whenever you have questions

Only 4-5 registers open at best, constant pile of stock still on pallets blocking the way. Just saw a manager chew out an employee for being sick, its to be expected that you will get sick when dealing with the public all day.

Like most Walmarts they have lots of things you need at a really good price. I just dont understand why they have all those check out lanes but only have a few open and people are backed up out of the aisle.

Not much!!! In the grocery line, all I buy is tuna its cheaper, coffee, its better than Jaycs, but overall Jaycs, is less expensive plus. I get gas points!!! No incentives at Walmart!!!!!!

When we are in bedford we shop here for most items. Clean, best selction out of most of the walmarts in this area. We travel an hour to get here because of the prices and selection.

Standard small city Walmart. Usually not very crowded. Poor meat selection and friendly cashiers. Shelves often have bare spots in the grocery section.
