I stopped to purchase 2 Ozark Mtn. chairs to use at an outdoor event. The cashier at the express lane checked me out. I paid with a check. The check writer malfunctioned. It instructed the cashier to give me the check, which she did but it would not print a receipt. My problem is not with the cashier. She did her job as best she could and was very apologetic. The problem I find is with the people who supervise and/or manage them and with your equipment. I believe that the young mans name was Kevin. He did absolutely nothing to correct the situation. I was ultimately told that the machine probably had not read my check and that it would be on me to make sure I was not charged by the bank and that if they did I would have to come back to the store. Why , over 45 minutes of my time was wasted by your store and its failure to correct the problem. I ultimately asked for my check back and told your people to keep the chairs. I am seriously considering not coming here any more. The middle management seems in no hurry to help the customer and seem only interested in entertaining their friends visiting them at the store.

not much to say but totally dissatisfied with customer service. I have not seen so many un-friendly associates. They acted like they have the best job in the world, very snotty. They need to be re-train to be more friendly and welcoming since with out their customers they wouldnt be in business. I been to walmart in several occasions because I have family that lives in loserburg (lewisburg), I dont remember at any time where I was greeted at the check out and or saying thank you for shopping there. I dont think they know how to smile at all. I wouldnt shop there anymore if I have choice, but since the town is so tiny, not many store selection available, it sucks..

I was returning a wallet that I had bought myself for Christmas that was ripping it had a tear in one of the credit card holders. I no longer have the receipt and the tag of course is no longer on it they would not return it because they did not have any in stock. I have never heard of this in my life Walmart not able to do a return because they dont have that item in stock how is it my fault that you guys cant keep something in stock so now Im not able to return it.

1. The main manager is never working. 2. They dont give you prices as marked where you find it . When you looking for an employee you cant find one there to busy talking with each other specialty in electronics . Tryed to try on some clothes no one to be found in clothing to let me in dressing room. This walmart is the worst one around go to clombia or springhill or any other one but this one.

Its not acceptable to only have 2 lines open, especially self check out. Also, your staff needs better training. Just tried to buy a case of 12 gauge rounds, and the dumb girl opens the case and starts ringing them individually! I told her that was going to cost more than the case, and she got rude and snippy, then we had to wait on a CSM, which took almost 10 minutes. Get it together Walmart.

They never have anything you go for. The CSMs are rude and do not take care of the customers. The store employees do not follow guidelines when u are using ur WIC..They refuse to let the customers get what they are allowed. The only place who gives us any trouble. Always out of something!!!

Its okay. What Ive come to expect from Wal-Mart. Dirty bathrooms and decent pricing. Extremely inconsistent customer service. But if youre looking for somewhere to grabs a variety of products you cant beat Wal-Mart.

One checkout lane open, along one self service checkout lane open in later hours of evening when everyone in town has gotten off work and going to do shopping. One more checkout lane or self service should be open.

Always out of stock on items. The staff are so poor in customer service. Mainly management & the elder workers. Theyre so rude & deliberately try to avoid you. Shop elsewhere!

Store was clean. I have shopping at Walmart during this time of year. Ton of registers and usually 3 or 4 are open. Lines going down the isles. Its ridiculous!
