Amy G. at the store on the East Side of Wichita KS is amazing! My sister called me in a panic this morning. Her 4-year old daughters gift from "Santa" did not come. I live in Wichita, she lives 70 miles away, so she asked me to call around to find a toy trumpet. I called Toys R Us and Amy found a Disney music kit that not only had a trumpet but also a microphone, tambourine, drums, etc. She also brought it to the service for me to pickup so I wouldnt have to search around for it. In and out in 5 minutes! It is perfect and Christmas is saved!!

Open late through the holidays, makes shopping without kids easier and the store has less people. Usually crowded during normal Christmas shopping and the people shopping seemed more rude and inattentive to their kids than usual.. The only reason to go somewhere else would be the other customers..... Some prices are a bit high, but if you watch for sales and discounts it can be worth going to..

What has happened to there costumer service?? There was one man that cared to help me and I quote," i would help you but im working costmers service, and no one care, that works here." I kid you not , that is there mind set!!! It was horrible!!! I wont ever go back.

Some prices seem comparative to other stores but some of them are over priced ridiculously. We went in today for kid and baby stuff and our experience with the staff wasnt great and 1 of the items was not marked correctly.

Web site says, on Sundays closed at 8pm why did they shut the doors at 745pm, and on top of that one of their staff members watched me walk up to the doors without say anything. All I needed was to return an item. Smh.

Have most of the newest and most popular toys in stock and great customer service, great management. Not the cheapest place to find these toys. Do have baby stuff.
