To let a FULL GROWN WOMAN come in and BUY ALL the SHOPKINS and my daughter cry because she had been waiting for the S3 of them to come out!!! A Toys R Us associate told me as the store opened an older woman came in and bought out ALL the shopkins is TOTALL CRAZYNIESS!! How is that allowed, the age on box should be followed!! These YouTube Junkies should be boycotted or banned to benefit our kids who actually deserve the toys!!! Total BS... hearing the store clerk tell my daughter an old lady bought them out before actual kids wake up in the morning!! Not what a mother wants to hear!!!!

Terrible and Filthy. The nastiest toys r us i have been into that just continues to get worse not better. customer service is terrible. had one employee cover their name badge so they wouldnt have to help us and two others that just walked right past us with no care in the world. then had one girl in the whole store that was actually working while in plain view there was 4 people in the video game section just standing around like they were at the mall with friends. i will drive the extra 20 minutes to avoid this place and go to a different location. pathetic.

I went here because the Toys R Us I usually go to did not have my item in stock. I purchased a power wheels dump truck for my four year old and had some questions about the condition of it. I had heard that this particular power wheels model was notorious for being damaged during shipment to the stores so I wanted to check it out. The clerks were less than friendly and didnt particularly want to cooperate with this request. I most likely will not visit this store again.

Toys"R"Us use to be a place I loved going. Now it just seems like an overpriced store that lacks management and employees. Ive gone two or three times and can never find anyone to help me with video games. This last time I just walked out and took my business elsewhere.

I called multiple times and was just left calling, or I got repeatedly hung up on. Worst experience ever. Horrible customer service. I also ordered an item online and after I purchased it online they canceled my purchase. Sad to say this is the closest one near me.

They have almost everything a kid could ever want, adults too. I went there to get my kids backpacks for school, they was $10 cheaper then other places plus have a free lunch pack, and have better designs to choose from.
