my husband Tom and I love hobby town and the people that own it and work there Josh and Gary are always in good moods and help us with all our problems and questions if we need something ordered theyre more than happy to do so. Thank you for putting up with us newbies to flying we have the apprentice s up and ready to fly again thanks to you guys helping us and your patience. your all awesome and have loyal customers here guys. love you all and thank you again for all your help well be seeing you sometime today to pick up the part you ordered for us. lol our weekly shopping at hobby town YES we love it were hooked on planes now. for those of you who have had a bad experience at this place I just dont understand these guys go above and beyond every time we go in the store to make us happy and give us the best experience possible. thanks again guys. Im into Model Trains, and having a store in Norman that has the basics has saved my bacon multiple times. They dont have a huge selection of high priced items like locomotives or DCC equipment, but they have all the essentials like track, track accessories, etc so when im working on my layout at 7pm on a weeknight and need another piece of roadbed to finish my trackwork, I can run over and know theyll have what I need. Leaving a 4 star rating simply because I wish they had more train stuff and less RC stuff, but with the popularity of quadcopters/drones now, I dont blame them at all for catering to that market.

We purchased a rocket launcher kit and went directly out to fire the rocket. The igniter controller did not work. We went to return this product less than 12 hours later and the refund was refused and we have been waiting on a replacement for over a month. The owner keeps telling us when he gets another unit it he will replace it. Again its been over a month and we call every week. Do not make the mistake I have, choose another shop.

I couldnt be more pleased with my experience with these guys this evening. The gentlemen behind the counter were both very friendly and helpful. They went above & beyond to answer my & my husbands many questions, and even sacrificed a relatively large sale for the sake of our convenience. ... Thumbs up to excellent customer service!

hobbytown charges prices are nearly the same cost as found on the internet and you can get your items right now. Gary is super nice owner and will give you all the free information you need even if you have purchased items elsewhere. now I always shop at Hobbytown first for whatever im looking for (and its usually in stock).

Picked up a couple drones for my kids the other day. Staff was very friendly and engaging and answered any questions I had. Didnt try to upsell anything I didnt need. I kinda already knew what I needed. Prices are very fair for a local dealer and great if you want to buy some stuff without waiting for online shopping.

Guy was very friendly and helpful. Had emailed him a few days prior to passing through town and asked about a couple items. He said they were actually on the way to his store. Without asking he stuck them back until I got there.

Staff is super friendly and very knowledgeable about nearly everything in stock. Will always recommend them to friends and family. I do wish they would stock up on gundam models more often, but its a fair tradeoff.

Good people have my parts to rc toys...only complaint is i was told by one of the employees that the traxxis blast would run 25mph and a toys-r-us boat could outrun it...waste of money spent...
