Drove 33 minutes out of our way to take my son for the Geoffrey birthday experience. Arrived 45 minutes before the event. Asked the employee at the Customer Service Desk about the event and was told "Yea it starts at 11. Hell come out and the kids follow him for a picture and stuff." So, I figured they get the book and plushie at the end of the parade. At 11 I see other kids come out with Geoffrey with plushies, books, balloons and a hat. I asked another parent where she got everything and it was at the Customer Service Desk. I went back and told the young man "We came to get the balloon and stuff that I had asked you about." He replied "You asked about the parade." In such a rude tone. Anyway, so my son misses the whole parade to the back and half of the story reading. On top of that, they had already given away all of the books. Then when I asked to speak to a manager, I wait another 15 minutes for a manager that never showed up and I had to hunt down myself. Needless to say, never again.

Staff is very rude, I only met one nice employee . Most of the staff is too busy messing around and goofing off. If you ask about items that arent in stock, 99% of the time they say its in that aisle . Even after you tell them if there isnt any on the shelves, they say," oh well try another store." They dont even bother checking the computer and get pissed off if you mention them if they have items in the back. Even saw employees hiding items in the store where people couldnt see them because they had people they knew that wanted the item and screw shoppers there who want the item . I was confronted by an employee after I took the item they hid because it was an item I wanted, employee tried to take item from my hands. at the end I still walked out the store with that item and was really pissed off. I thought that walmart had bad employees but this place takes the cake.

Great store, great products. I have 2 children and have been shopping at this store for a year now when it comes to Christmas, birthdays,etc. I never have to go anywhere else for my needs, because they have such great variety and great product quality. The staff is polite, I did have a minor issue once but it was addressed and the staff did go out of there way to fix it. Not to mention they have a great layaway program to make things not only affordable, but easy for people with busy schedules. They also do price matching with competitors. I would highly recommend this store for you and your family Sincerely, Mom of two

The staff is amazing? Really? Yeah, thats why Id choose to shop at a toy store. On second thought, sexy mama, Id prefer to shop here if the prices were compatible or lower than other large retailers and even online retailers which they are not. That review sounded like something an employee at this location would make, but after shopping there I didnt see a "sexy mama"...only fat chicks. Far far far from "amazing."

I was there to by marvel legends but as I walked up to the counter to price match with Kmart online who had them for $18 the lady who was working there said "we dont do Kmart" so I just bought it for full price But when I got to the car I looked it up and it said they price match Kmart website but we were already moving so I didnt go back in

Horrible. Staff told me products were discontinued, only to later find a fully stocked isle of what i was looking for. This happened two times witb two different toys i was looking for. Tried to call at 7 for tge phone to say tge store was closed even though they are open until 8.

Its OK just might have bad service some times and there is usually one or two cashiers so not that fast either takes a while until it restocks on toys but has medium quality but would recommend to go there if you live by it or if not just go to another store

This place is like Disneyland to every kid. Love this place! Perfect for Christmas gifts, birthday gifts, birthday party gifts, ect. They have a variety to choose from!

In line over 15 mins with on person in front of me. Only line open and I count 6 other employees hanging around talking. ***Update. Just got out. In line for 30mins.

it was like a ghost town in there. no one was around to help us. the prices werent on the products like the car seats. no one asked if we needed help
