I have been buying stuff from this store from a few years now, I never had any issues and for all survey received for this store I gave 5 ratings for everything but past 2 times I feel things have started to go down with reference to sales associates, Past few months I placed two online orders but both time similar experience, first time I did not write any review thinking this is the first time but it happened again so writing this review. After receiving mail from store the order is ready for pick the minimum time of you getting order is 15-30 min(No value for customer time), in both occasion same sales associates who does not have manners to talk to customers (young boy with newly colored blonde looking hair) he never bothers to get you item he will keep on chit chatting with other sales persons, when told why this much time in pick up order he will rudely reply we are busy (if order is not ready for pick up then why mail and keep people waiting), when asked this does not happen in any store again rude reply this is a different store then smiling towards other sales associates and I had to remind him to talk in a better way and then he walked away, after some time I was given item by some other sales person since the person was standing and chatting and did not want to give me item, long story short first time 30 min It took to get item this time 15-20 min(post order validated at counter).When in the market you have big retail box selling the same item for less money the last thing you should do is disrespect customers and make them feel not to come back again, losing a customer is losing business. When you hire these young blood educate and train them about customer service then put them on the customer service counters, lack of training was showing in this fellow and was behaving in a manner he is the store owner. I will think next time before coming to this store, wake up before you lose more customers and improve your service.

The selection is Awesome, however SOME of the service is lacking. The floor people were polite, said hello, and asked if we needed help. However when we went to check out one cashier was sitting on her counter and she started putting away her cellphone when she thought we were going through her line, we bypassed her and went to the next cashier. Her name was Maryling, and she didnt say hello or hi or anything. She scanned our items, asked if we had a rewards card and done. She even turned her back to us and started talking to the cashier we passed up. She even dropped some of our items on the ground. I think ordering online sounds a lot better.

I mostly go here to get formula for my baby. I can never reach it and can never find anyone to help me. A few days ago I was grabbing milk with the handles of a stroller all because no one was around to help. Yesterday while checking out the cashier was so busy texting. She had her phone on the side of the cash register and was texting while waiting to hand me my receipt. I dont mind people texting at work but do it while no one is around. This store is in desperate need of help!

The customer service is not great.First the actual pricing of the toys and the pricing shelf do not match. There is no apology for it and the explanation is yeh we are fixing it? Later when I picked a toy from a section where it was mentioned as $1 and while paying they charged $5 and I asked why?Explanation is no it is $5 again no apologies? Post billing of other thing again no thank you and no sorry as if I pissed them off. Very very bad experience.

A whole bunch of liars, from the cashier up to the store manager. Just tried to do a simple return, they insisted taking all my personal information, citing (lying about) store policy in effect for several months. That was a lie, because I did another return a couple of days before, and apparently such policy didnt exist just two days ago. I used to buy a lot from there, wont do it any more.

I was very unhappy that the cashier took all of my daughters birthday coupons and did not discount our purchase or honor the birthday certificate to get a crown, balloon, and public announcement of her birthday....even though they did it for another little girl when we had walked in the store.

Their selection is quite limited. If youre going to compete with the online market, going in the physical store needs to have some incentive. In my case, I was looking for a common baby gate, which they did not carry in that particular store (they had it online though).

So, yes I am a Starwars fan! And other Sci-fi And I called first to make sure they got what Im looking for and they always respond happy! I like that because you can hear it, the managers always available and super friendly cashiers! Thank you Ill be back!

The store is amazingly organized, also clean. However, the manager white lady has bad attitudes with the employees and the clientele. That made me just step out, right away.
