Poor selection of baby products and toys. They tried to combine Babys R Us and Toys R Us and ended up doing a poor job of both. Layout is awful with escalator or small elevator - very difficult if not impossible to maneveur with cart or stroller. I agree with the other reviews on un-helpful staff - when youre looking for baby products youd really like to speak with someone that knows something about babies (otherwise youd just order it on-line)!

I never write a review for any place but this one I thought was a must. This place is amazing you will find everything you need and the staff is very helpful. They will always use all my coupons and accommodate any price match I request. I have gone to other babies rus stores and the staff is rude and always refuse to coupons or do price matches. Addison babies rus staff beats all of them and I only have great things to say about them.

It was a very nice Toys R Us Babies R Us everything was going to most part very orderly I didnt like that things were mislabeled or didnt have prices and the sales people were a little attitude but you know thats okay besides that everybody was very nice and helpful my son was paying for his items she didnt rush him and she let him pay without being like hurry up which is good cuz hes learning to handle money

Prices can be high on some items that are relatively cheap at a nearby Wal-Mart. (Game boards, art supplies) However theyre selection that is very hard to beat. They have what seems like damn near everything. Two story building with escalators in the center. Babys R Us on bottom. Toy R Us on top. They carry STEM related toys and learning tools. Glad to see that.

Although its smaller than the other toys r us my experience has been the same all the times i have been there i have been helped when i needed it i have never had to wait too much and i have been treated with respect and i have not had any problems with any of the employees, overall i was very pleased with this store i have and will continue to go there.

Have been ignored by the staff at checkout multiple times. Also, this location does not provide carts that can accommodate 2 children so be aware of that before going. Strange that they would assume everyone has only one child since they are a babies and toddlers and childrens establishment.
