I brought phone in to switch from my iPhone to a phone that had a different size sim. They tried to charge me $20 for the SIM card. I have done this in the past never been charged for a different SIM card. I have been a loyal sprint customer for over 10 years this is ridiculous. The employee try to tell me new policy since January that is not true I just did the exact same thing 1 month ago. I am so sick of sprint with all the extra fees on bill and horrible customer service at store and on phone.

On our way out of Muncie, went in with LG G3 purchased 2 days prior in different town. Had problems with gps location. Mentioned that I tried removing and re-inserting SD card, then it worked fine on way to the store. Justin affirmed that was the cause and gave great info as to why. Thanks Justin! Awesome customer care and service.

These people dont answer the phone, I have tried to call for over an hour, along with the lady from the sprint store in my town. All I wanted was to see if they had a certain phone in stock but cant check because they dont answer.

Other than they dont sell Samsung chargers and thats what I went for the customer service was fab. Fortunately I ran into the Samsung rep and got what I needed later.
