The staff are friendly and helpful...once they get around to helping you. They seem terminally understaffed. I have been in there a few times, and Ive never seen more than 2 workers, and usually half a dozen people in the store waiting to talk to someone. I guess theyre a "satellite store" of a larger store in Columbus, so they dont always have a lot of the older phones and accessories in stock, but they do have a good selection of all the new stuff...even a few brands and models I want familiar with. I think they do a good job, but Id like to see more people in there helping the customers instead of making us wait 20 to 30 minutes.

Awful. Had issues with them years ago, gave them another chance and they blew it. Didnt explain insurance at all and now Im supposed to pay a deductible to get my phone fixed. Then I get called rude by the store manager for pointing out their mistakes. I HIGHLY recommend no one going here unless you want poor customer service. This store doesnt care about their customers, only your money.

Had a crappy experience with Verizon themselves but Ferdinando the manager and Jordan salesman, helped my husband and I out with getting new phones as we were passing through there in semi truck. Would give 10 stars for the professional and caring attitudes. Thanks guys!!!!!!!!! The Parkers
