JCP running a scam on returns. My son purchased 2 shorts for me and they did not fit. Dothan store does not stock these. Selling these currently for 19.95 each. Wanted to give a $4.07 credit for each because they claimed they sold these in the last 45 days for that price. It is a scam and everyone needs to know. Will never shop there again and will continue to let people know how they operate.

Very unfriendly when I called to inquire about a salon appointment and corrected me about about the type of style I wanted for my daughter. Ended up not scheduling and wont be calling back. I love JCPenney, but unfortunately when you work for a major corporation, you dont really need the business it seems.

Everytime I go in the service is horrendous. I once waited 15 minutes while three girls carried on a conversation behind the counter. This is the worst JC Pennys I have ever been too and I think in the future Ill shop elsewhere.

Very poor. The two girls in the junior section were price checking clothes for themselves on the clock as we stood right in front of them trying to check out. Needless to say JCP lost that $160
