The staff that works there are terrific but over the past month I have visited 3 times and over a third of the store has empty shelves. Of the 9 items that I regularly buy there 4 of them were out of stock. I asked them if they were going out of business but no its because they have no one to stock the shelves. There are boxes of stock everywhere. Its a mess. Will not be going back there anytime soon.

Usually I dont mind to stand in line and wait my turn. But if you open a new register, you should allow the people that have been waiting to go in the line, not the people that bull rush from behind so they dont have to wait. It should be-Ill take the next person in line . That has to come from employees because more often than not most customers do not follow that procedure.

I bought more than 100 candy tins for our womans club. I chose the wrong size at first, and the manager was nice about letting me return and exchange them. When she didnt have enough of the size I wanted, she called the Frankfort store and asked the manager to hold enough for me. I am very impressed with the service, merchandise, and the store is clean and bright.

Over the past few months there has been a steady decline. Stock is consistently, extremely low. Often only one cashier is present with many people waiting in line. The cashier sometimes calls for help, but often there is no response.

Rust is the manager and his a kind hearted person. The staff is always friendly. I have never been so impressed with a store. Never had any problems. Shelbyville DT is awsome

The store is RARELY over half stocked. Staff are very unfriendly - they seem like its an issue to be working there. I refuse to visit this location.
