I have never used this pharmacy where I didnt have poor service. They are extremely slow, and it has always taken me an extended time to get prescriptions filled. I have also had them lie to me several times. After waiting 2 hours on one visit, an employee told me my doctors office didnt email the prescription until 10 minutes prior to me asking. When I called the doctors office, I confirmed that it was sent 2hrs prior when I had left my visit... They have poor slow customer service, and dishonesty is simply not acceptable.... If you call to talk to someone, they keep you on hold forever.... Todays incident, I called early this morning to make sure my prescription would be ready today instead of tomorrow. I was told it would be ready in an hour.... Now at 5:10pm, its still not ready. At least this lady I spoke to was kind and generally concerned. This happens almost every single time I fill anything with this Walgreens store. Im not sure if the problem is with management or its employees, but there is an issue somewhere. Once this set of refills is out, my business with this Walgreens store is over.

I have the most horrible experience with the Pharmacy and Pharmacys staff every time. I only keep a backup prescription of insulin here just in case Im out of town or cant get to my regular pharmacy. The ONLY reason I continue to fill the one prescription of insulin here is because better safe than sorry and if I do need to refill insulin but Im not at home u can pretty much bet there is a walgreens nearby and it and also a chance that its 24hrs. Other than that, the store itself is, for the most part, over-priced and the rest of the time its mediocre but also possibly more convenient at best. Regardless, the OVERPRICED Pharmacy and its seemingly untrained Pharmacy staff continue to be the top 2 reasons Id rather pay more for less ANYWHERE ELSE; so long as dont have to see the confused and tempered look on their faces when they realize that they cant find my prescription that they just called, texted, emailed and pushed a notification to my home screen fun the App telling me its ready.

I guess this pharmacy is average for the area but if you are not from here it will drive you CRAZY!!!!! CVS in Ozark is worse. However Target in Dothan is MUCH better. This Walgreens is always backed up and busy. I ALWAYS speak to someone when refilling as Ive learned quickly they rarely seem to get the automated prescriptions refilled. You wait in line 10 minutes to pick it up only to find out they havent even started it. However the people who work there have a bad habit of hanging up on you after you have been waiting for 5-10 minutes to speak to a staff member. So you are screwed there too. If you MUST use this Walgreens call them direct (do not use automated) at weird hours when they hopefully wont be busy. Like 10pm.

Horrible. My son had an earache. He was in terrible pain. I called to refill his medication and held for forty minutes. Ten minutes into holding, I headed for the store I pulled in and walked to the back, only to see staff standing and joking around. I promptly hung up, called again and selected the Dr.s line, which they answered in less than 30 seconds. They were rude, the pharmacist was imperious and spoke as if it was my fault for daring to ask a question, and they never once apologized. Dont fool yourself. The locally owned stores Ive visited were ALWAYS courteous and empathetic. Ill never make the mistake of giving money to Walgreens (next to Hop-in) ever again.

Went to Walgreens to get a passport photo. Customer service poor. Staff did not seem to know how to do much. Went to pick up photo, could not find. Showed no concern or apology. Acted like they could not be bothered. However, after I made it home, I called back to see if the picture was still on the camera and was told that they made a new picture and it was ready for pick up. I went back and the technicians told me they were sorry for the inconvenience and no charge for the picture.

Male pharm Very friendly and was willing to check On the location of my relatives hard to obtain pain prescription; younger female Came back ten minutes later to rudely tell me that they dont accept Out-of-State prescriptions. Thanks, Walgreens for 2 years of service and now no more. I was 45 miles away from home trying to locate a sick mans medicine . Guess if you cant take your medication on a plane with you either then youre just screwed.

Worst pharmacy in the history of meds, rude and never have anything ready when they say they will. 5 people walking around in the drive thru acting as if you are bothering them when you come by to pick up. Walgreens for got to train them that the customers are the reason they have a job.

My husband and I have never had a problem with them. In fact would like to thank them for after leaving ER with my youngest at 11 at night they filled her Rx so we could get her home. Fast and friendly. thank you.
