AT&T is a joke! Before i cancelled service with these guys I called customer service to make sure I wasnt in a contract, and they said I was not. I went into the store in Dothan, and they said I was not in a contract. So I then went to Verizon to get new service. One month later they send me a bill for $800 saying I was still in contract and I had to pay for an iPhone i had returned within 15 days. I spent countless hours on the phone trying to get it situated. Nobody could give me an answer after talking to 4 different people on the phone. I was beyond mad at this point! I went to the store to get it straightened out. Finally after 2 hours they said they would take care of the bill and it was a mistake (computer glitch) on their end. I felt so relieved that it was finally over and i could finally enjoy my hassle free service with verizon. Two months later i receive an e-mail that AT&T had charged me $230 and it had been taken out of my account. So, I called the customer service line. The first person said he could not help me and transferred me to another AT&T person. The line he transferred me to was not a working number so i had to call back again. The second person I talked to after 40 minutes, said that there was nothing she could do and had to transfer me to a specialized billing company because she did not have access from her computer. So I take the number down instead of her transferring me. I called the number from another phone while I was on the phone with her to make sure it wasnt another dead line. This person had me on the phone for another 40 minutes and she said she could not do anything for me and I need to call the finance department. My blood is boiling by this point! I hung the phone up and just went to the AT&T store. I talked to a guy and finally got an answer of why I was billed for $230 dollars. Apparently, I had one more month to go before i was not under contract. I had cancelled my service one month too soon. I explained to the guy that I had called customer service and came into the store to be told i was not in contract anymore. I am now stuck with this bill because AT&T is full of crooks and they are full of people that do not know what they are doing. Their customer service is terrible! I expect more from a company that leads the nation in coverage especially after how much money I have given them already. These people will not work with you any way and will not take responsibility for their actions. If you want to be pushed around by these jerks, continue using their service.

I was in store recently and store employee Dolly helped me and she was extremely Professional and was Outstanding in her service. About 2 years ago, I purchased an iPhone 6S and again Dolly helped me get it and started. I was extremely impressed by her customer service and this was the sole reason I returned to this store. Hopefully ATT realizes what a wonderful asset she is to their operation. Thank you Dolly

Upon seeing a long line at the store by Outback, I decided to give this location a shot. The service was awesome, very personal compared to my usual experience, the manager helped me to save some money on my monthly bill, and I absolutely love my new Galaxy S4! They even showed me some things about Android I didnt know before... Will definitely recommend and return there myself!

Worst service ever. !!! I was told by 2 customer service reps that my bill would stay the same if I upgraded my phone to a two yr contract when its actually not true at all. You get charged an additional $25 every month once you upgrade. My family is highly disappointed and will be going to Verizon.!

Besides the horrible customer service, update your actual store hours on google and your automatic phone service. Both say youre open on Sunday. Which is obviously not true. Thanks for making me drive 45 minutes out of my way for nothing.
