This store is awesome! The manager is very helpful, and the employees are welcoming. The store isnt in the best location here in town, but it is definitely closer than a 30 minute drive to Muncie just to pay a bill or get an upgrade! The ladies are very outgoing and helpful, and I would recommend it to any friends who have AT&T or are looking to get cell phone service!

There was only one girl that was always nice and very helpful. The other was very hateful and just seemed to want to rush me and other customers out of the store. I saw the hateful individual on facebook and other non-work websites every time I came in the store. I will not be returning to the store or at&t anymore.

I used to absolutely hate this store, but they have a whole new manager and staff. Im glad I gave them another chance. They were helpful and took the time with me to teach me how to use my new phone analyze my bill. They even saved me money! This is where I will go from now on.
