We recently moved from Michigan to the New Castle Indiana area. We were disgusted by the level of incompetence and rudeness by two pharmacists. We are used to polite, knowledgable and helpful service from CVS in Michigan. When trying to talk with the pharmacists I was told "if you are not happy maybe you should take your business some place else". The sheer lack of respect for the customer is incredible. We will never step foot into another CVS because of the rudeness and incredible lack of respect Brittany and Molly have for the very people they serve. They both should be fired. It is very clear that the management and training of these to employees is misding. There is also an environment of talking about the customers when they are not around in the open in front of other customers that is very unprofessional. I would encourage anyone who has experienced this type of treatment from the New Castle IN store to stand up and make it known, ask for the resignation of anyone who fails to show you respect and take your business elsewhere as we have done after many years with CVS. We have moved our business to *** "Walgreens" *** with amazing service and where you are treated with respect. J. Ward

The elderly women who works in the pharmacy with the short silver hair always has an attitude problem. I Will no longer fill my prescriptions there due to her. If you want to work in customer service you should be courteous and respectful to your customers.
