On Sept 7 around 11:30, I went into the store with the intention of buying an iphone, but ultimatly decided not to buy one from this store. The moment I walked in, I was yelled at behind the counter "Can I help you". The door had no even closed behind be and I am suppose to lay the money out on the table. The moment I expressed intrested that I was there to check out the Iphone the sales girl wanted to wrap it up and get me out the door. I assume she wanted to go back to what she was doing prior to me entering the store. so I toss out some questions and she tosses back some answers (answers that are different than what the website says I might add), I did my homework before I entered the store but it seems all she did was learn to talk BS. I even tried to ask how the 100 dollar refunds that apple is giving to the first customers that bought the Iphone were going and she had a almost rude reply. well after 5 minutes of talking to her. I went over to check out the iphone, when the only 2 floor models they had were being man handled by 2 college guys that were obvious together and obviously playing around, I am assumeing the employees knew these guys because the entire time I was in the store (30+ minutes) they were on those things playing. so I deciede to check out the accessories for the iphone, this is were the sales lady just leaves me for another customer. at this point... I am unsatisfied with the customer service, I have not even touched an iphone and my patience is growing thin. finally I deceided to walk acrossed the lot to verizon. which even with a 10 minute wait to see an employee it was an enjoyable experience. I would like to add I winded up buying an Iphone from the apple store in keystone that night.

I went into the McGalliard AT&T store at approximately 4:30 on a Wednesday to pick up a modem. I was greeted by the person who checks in with an apology for the wait. I didnt need an apology as he was with another person for less than a minute! After asking the reason for my visit, this gentleman immediately asked another worker about a modem I was needing and then he went to the back for what I needed and brought it out in less than a minute! Maybe another two minutes passed and I was at the register with JIm B. I asked what the modem would cost and it was about doulble what I had paid for the last one a few years back. He asked what my current modem was doing and then stated that it sounded like it might just be my cord. He went to the back, obtained a cord, plugged in the modem that I had brought with my own cord...nothing. He then plugged in the new cord and Voila, my modem was working. I never knew this could be an issue. I paid $10.00, instead of $75.00. Jim could have easily sold me the modem and I would have been on my way with my wallet alot lighter. However, his honesty saved me money and I can gaurantee that I will be back to this store and the very helpful staff!!!!!

I live an hour away from the Muncie AT&T store, but it is still the closest one to me. I decided to call to ask some questions about my plan and my eligibility for a new phone before driving all the way there. I was greeted by an automated recording and was told all the customer service representatives were unavailable. I left a message for one to call me back, after a week I called again with the same result.... nothing. I was in Muncie a week later for other things and stopped in the AT&T store because I was getting desperate for a new phone. They were busy and I patiently waited in line. When I was finally helped by an employee he seemed too busy to answer all my questions. I left the store unsatisfied and ordered a new phone from AT&Ts main webpage. --- Completely Unsatisfied with the Muncie, IN AT&T store.

The day after I picked up my brand new phone I discover it had a hardware issue with one of the buttons. I took it back to the store and they said they didnt have any more and they had no idea when they would have any more. The manager told me that he would call me when a new one came in and I could swap them out. I wait 2 months, calling every other day, before they finally said they would not replace my phone and I needed to go through the manufacturer. By then it was to late to just return it with the receipt. I was very disappointed with the experience and services rendered. I paid full price out of pocket for this phone, and then was lie to multiple times. Not ok.

Honestly, every single time my wife goes there she gets horrible service and told that she is not allowed to do anything because she is not the account holder, yet when I call up AT&T directly, they tell me that all she needs is to be on the account( she is), have the passcode( she does) and have her ID( she does). Yet every.single.time, without fail, they turn her away. I am never going back to this location if that is how they are going to treat her, because I can not get out to the store whenever they want due to being in a wheelchair. I wish I could give a zero star review, because this manager needs to be fired, rehired and re fired.

I have been going to this store for years. I have been a customer since 1992 or before. In the old days a few of the help had an attitude, but for the last 8 or 15 years (certainly since they remodeled!) they have given me nothing but the best service, advice, and product. They are good people trying to do their best job with a constantly changing product base and an increasingly demanding public. Keep up the good work, local ATT store!!

They make you feel unwanted and has been that way for as long as I can tell.. Went in to buy a phone (not to activate it) just to buy it out right and it took 1 hr and 45 min. Then went back to ask a question and get a case and took over 1 hour and left.. They are RUDE and reminds me of High School how they have their little click and talk behind your back and or just take their own sweet time. Very RUDE talking to them also..

Horrible experience.... The salesperson really tried to talk me out of buying a phone and telling me, "We really dont want to sell you a phone, its the plan thats the most important thing to us" I went to the Anderson store and they helped me and I love my new phone! I will never go back to the Muncie, Store. I would give them 0 stars if I could.
