I went to this store for the first time recently and will never go back!! I have been a costumer with verizon for a total of 15 years and have never had an expierence like this. I get a phone and immediately have issues with it, it happens. I go in and talk with them. The guys helps out says if it doesnt work to bring it back. A few days later I bring it back the lady working, Anna I belive, was horrible. The whole time she didnt seem to know what she was doing, was pulling at her hair saying "why is that not working""why did they do that" she erases ALL the content of my phone then a few min later says "oh wait you dont have the box we cant do the return" . She did all this for nothing! Then i go to leave she says "do you want me to activate your phone or do you want to?" Of course im upset so i say ill do it. An hour after i leave im out of town i get a text stating i needed to turn my phone off then on because she was on the phone with tech support and my service was shut off! So not only did she erase my whole phone but shut my service off which is vital for y job. Thank you for the migraine. They need to communicate more with their customers because when I came in previously I was told "JUST BRING THE PHONE BACK IN" nothing about the box. I have never needed the box before. Now Im stuck with a 700 phone that doesnt work or I have to pay them a huge sum. This place is a serious Joke. I will never again deal with one of these playschool places again. Oh, and when they switched me to my new phone they didnt put insurance on it. Didnt even ask. I had it on my previous phone so why wouldnt I want it on my current phone?!?! Worse place ever

When we went into the store looking to reduce our bill, they were very friendly and able to help! They showed us how upgrading our kids lines on the Edge plan would save us money and give us all these extra features. Great!!! Right? We left the store, two new iPhones in hand and a bill that was lower... happy! Our teenagers thought we were the coolest parents ever too, how often does that happen? That was 5 months ago. We have since been fighting to get our bill corrected. They upgraded phones, put them on the wrong lines and were paying almost $100/month MORE than we were before walking into the store that day. Calling Verizon customer support has been to no avail because the Edge contracts were done incorrectly in store. We (my husband and I) have both been in the store personally trying to have them look into and fix the issue. We have called. We have given them every opportunity to assist us. We are told every time, "Ill look into this and call you", only to NEVER get a return call. I just called again today, 5 months into this, to be told they would call me back in 20 minutes. It has been nearly 45 minutes now and no phone call. We are stuck in a Verizon Edge contract paying nearly $400/month with no way out unless we pay $1800 out of our pockets to cancel our entire account. I would NOT recommend this location, they either 1. purposely deceived us or 2. dont know what they are doing. You can choose which, but what matters right now is that they are neglecting to do anything to fix their mistakes. Edit: I finally received a call back 3.5hrs later today. Still not confident theyve fixed anything, but we will see.

The guys that work here are the best in the business. There are 2 locations in Muncie where I live, but I always drive the 30 minutes to shop at this store. Even if its just for accessories. Knowledgeable, courteous. Cant say enough good things about this Verizon location.
