.TERRIBLE SHOP. I was jerked around for over a week about getting a watch repaired. The owner has no idea whats going on. You call and he says one thing and then you speak in person and its a totally different story. No customer appreciation whatsoever. After he failed to fix my watch I asked him about moving a prong on a ring setting. The owner made up a bunch of stuff and quoted it much higher than necessary. I took it back and he proceeded to attempt to intimidate/scare me, "If you had taken the work out of my hands any quicker we would have some serious problems." What kind of service is that!?!?! He then told me to get out of his shop. I would never recommend someone use this shop.

I love this shop and their work. Due to the type of nursing work I do, my wedding ring has a halo on it and a few stones has falling out when its hit very hard. Needless to say, they repaired my ring with the same stones and now Im at work like I just got engaged all over again lol. Thanks again your forever customer!

I had never been to the Jewelry Doctor before and everyone had told me to go there because the pricing was reasonable and the work was reputable. I was beyond pleased. I had my wedding band sized and soldered and I am very pleased. I would recommend anyone and everyone to go there.

The store is never open on time! They had my wedding ring 4 times and it still looks aweful they ruined it! All it needed was a diamond replaced the store is also Smoked in which is illegal in Marion County it smells horrible in there I will NEVER go back
