Have visited a couple of times, and found that the service is considerably poor. They have an approach to business that is not very customer based. They have a way of pushing their opinions regardless of what you might be interested in. While shopping for my fiances engagement ring they attempted to talk us out of antique rings and (oh so coincidentally) into modern and much more expensive rings, despite my fiances clear intention of owning an antique ring. Their attitude is not at all one of ease and comfort but rather of aggressive salesmanship. When they found out I purchased her ring from another dealer they made inappropriate gestures while viewing her ring and proceeded to lecture me about how I "massively" overpaid for it and how they could have sold me the same thing for much less, despite the aforementioned fact they tried to persuade me out of the same style of ring in the first place. It is an passable business for minor things like ring resizing but I would never attempt to do major business with this establishment again. Jewelry in its nature is something that often carries sentimental or emotional value and a good staff needs to have customer sensitivity, the staff at this location does not.

I needed a pair of diamond stud earrings for my daughter who was turning 18 this week. I had visited a local jeweler and found their prices to be very high for what I wanted. A friend recommended Jewelry Gallery and I am so glad! I walked in and met friendly staff who showed me my options in my price range. I could not believe the difference in size, color and clarity for the same price as my local jeweler. I was able to purchase a much larger set with higher quality and clarity at a reasonable price. My daughters jaw dropped when she realized "they were real" and popped them into her ears right away! I am so proud of her and that decision. I will definitely recommend Jewelry Gallery to my friends and visit them again myself soon!

If you are looking for high quality jewelry at great prices this is definitely the place to go! As a realtor I have to make sure my people are taken care of and I have referred so many of my clients to Jason, the owner and they are always so happy and satisfied. Your money goes a long way here and you will get the best deal vs. going to the larger named jewelers in the city!

The jewelry gallery has the best service in Indy. I have been in several times for jewelry repair, battery replacements, and cleanings. They always take care of me no matter what I need. The staff is incredibly friendly and professional. They have beautiful jewelry! They are my top choice for jewelry!
