WE WONT GO ANYWHERE ELSE! After my ring was damaged by a small town jeweler, my fiancé and I were nervous to trust anyone else with my engagement ring for the repairs. However we heard wonderful things about Indy Facets, and so we looked into it. After meeting with Shaun and showing him our issue, he assured us that he could help. Our engagement pictures were in a week, so there wasnt much time to get it fixed..but he was confident he could have it ready for us by then. And he did! My ring looks brand new and flawless! We are so thankful for Shauns expertise, flexibility, kindness.. and also his willingness to work with us and our insurance company! Excellent Service! At Indy Facets, they really know how to make you feel special!! They provide a one on one experience with a knowledgeable gemologist, Shaun, who truly cares about what YOU want, and will work with you to make a beautiful piece of jewelry! After I designed my wedding ring with my fiancé, they provided me with a 3D print! How awesome is that?! So neat! When I first thought of designing my own wedding ring, I thought it would be way out of our budget. Come to find out, it probably would have been the same price as a large jewelry store. But instead, I got to design my own ring, rather than having to just choose a ring I "think" I liked at a large store, and have a personal one on one experience with the best (Shaun & Hossley). Searched all around Indy for the best return on selling an engagement ring. I kept getting the run-around and low-ball offers. When I met with Shaun, he was very straight forward and up-front.
