I was looking for a way to give my wife more than just another piece of jewelry. The process actually designing her own unique ring was an experience that my wife and I loved sharing and will never forget. This wouldnt have been possible without the genius of "Buddy" Pierce at Pierce Jewelers. Buddy creates an environment which makes it possible for you to be totally at ease so that he can assist you in getting the final product that you will love. No pressure, attention to your desires and tremendous knowledge are just a few of the words used to describe the Pierce Jewelers experience. I know that Buddy has designed many rings valued at much more than ours, but you would never know that by his genuine caring manner. Buddy has now helped us design two beautiful rings and we will never tire of viewing his large inventory of custom made jewelry or working with him to create a "family" piece which will be handed down from generation to generation. If you are seeking a memorable experience and a beautiful jewelry piece you will always treasure, I highly recommend Buddy Pierce and Pierce Jewelers.

A year or so ago my wife stopped at a jewerly store in a mall to have her ring cleaned, and they pointed out one of the prongs was bent and needing repair. We put it on the to-do list, and I just now got around to looking into it. I visited Pierce first -- I wanted to go to a place where I thought the repair would be done in-house, rather than mailed out. (Im guessing they do repairs in-house.) I had no idea what to expect cost and time wise, so my plan was to get a couple different estimates before deciding. The salesmen looked at it under the microscope, and came back two minutes later letting me know he had put the prong back in place, and it was fixed and ready to go, no charge. I came in not knowing if this would cost $50, $100, or whatever, and was out for free with a freshly cleaned ring. Im thrilled with their honesty, courtesy, and service, and will definitely be back next time I need to make a purchase!

My husband and I are in our early 30s and looking to make our first wedding jewelry upgrade. After having a wonderful visit with G Thrapp Jewelers, we decided to pay Pierce Jewelers a visit for comparison and what a comparison we got. The person who spoke with us (male, long curly pony tail) gave us about 10 minutes of his time. We obviously would not be making his biggest sale of the day and we were treated as such. What a mistake--while I agree that our first upgrade would not be huge, it would not be the last upgrade. We were in search of a relationship with a jeweler that would last through the years. Needless to say, for our friends who are looking to make their next upgrade, I will never recommend. How unfortunate.

We recently purchased my wedding rings from this store. We searched 16 different jewelry stores in the Indy area to try to find a good companion to my engagement ring (both chains & independents) before a friend recommended coming to Pierce. While they may not have a HUGE selection of pieces like chain stores do, the items they do carry are beautiful and represent styles that you dont normally find in your average jewelry case. Our experience and how we were treated at Pierce was above & beyond how I have been treated in jewelry stores in the past. We worked with Mark, and he was outstanding!! Go to Pierce, theyre great!! I know well be back again...

I had a really great experience with Buddy and Jennie at Pierce Jewelers! I took an engagement ring and an anniversary ring to them and asked Buddy to design a right-hand ring using the diamonds from the two rings. My only request was that he design something simple for me. I was so excited when I got the call that my ring was finished and really happy at how it fit my personality and my finger perfectly. He listens carefully, and he designs creatively. Wholeheartedly, I would refer my friends, family, and business associates to Pierce Jewelers.

This jewelry store goes above and beyond. My mother has purchased many pieces from here for years, so when I wanted to design a ring this was the first place she suggested. I had my mothers old ring completely redesigned and custom made reusing those diamonds and it turned out completely exquisite. The owner sat down and took time to figure out exactly what I wanted to ensure that I would be pleased with the outcome. I can not say enough great things!

Im embarrassed to say that after nearly 10 years of marriage I had neglected to have my ring inspected and professionally cleaned. Buddy restored my ring and tightened many prongs. I had forgotten how sparkly it once was. Im also lucky I did not lose any diamonds prior to this. Great staff and outstanding jewelry selection. I love that everything is done right there in the shop by their expert jewelers. - I highly recommend this locally owned jeweler.

Great Jewelers. Wonderful Customer Service. They have a very individualized approach. They treat every customer the same no matter if they are spending $500 or $10,000. I received excellent service when wanting to switch out my diamond with a colored stone in my wedding ring. They ordered in several different colored stones for me to look at so I could decide which one I liked best. I would highly recommend to friends and family!

Buddy created my engagement ring and both wedding bands for my upcoming June wedding. I am in LOVE with them all. Everyone in the store is wonderfully friendly and always helpful. They are happy to spend time to chat with my fiance and I every time we swing by the store. These guys are great and the owner is actually in the store. They fixed a watch that had a bad circuit board for a reasonable price. The watch meant a lot to me and even though they didnt sell that brand were able to fix it within a week! Lost art form of service and a small local business! Very nice jewelery inside too

Excellent experience. My husband and I brought in a watch to see if it needed a repair or just to have the battery replaced. We were in and out in 5 minutes and had a lovely conversation with the owner(s?) while we waited...and they fixed the watch! We will definitely be back.
