Highly Recommend!!! I went to several different jewelry stores while I was trying to find the perfect engagement ring for my girlfriend, who is now my fiance. I took some advice from a friend to go to a place in Birmingham that was all but helpful and way overpriced. So I went home a little disappointed and decided to see what was closer to home. I happen to see a specific ring on Wares website and decided to go and see it. They did not have the ring in the store but said they could have it in a day or two. A couple days later I went in and I knew it was the perfect ring. Heather, the consultant I worked with, was sooo helpful throughout the whole process and helped me get what I wanted within the budget I had already set. I will continue to shop here for jewelry just because of the amazing work they do and the great people they have working there. Thanks again Heather!!

I have been very pleased with my experiences here. My parents buy all their jewelry here, and have purchased things for me that are beautiful and unique. I bought my husbands wedding present here - a Tag watch that they took special care to engrave for me. I also had some trouble with another jeweler in Birmingham getting my wedding rings sized down. They sized them too small and lost the engraving on the inside of my wedding band. I took my rings to Ware and they sized them correctly for me and re-engraved them - and they did it overnight as I was in the middle of moving across the country and needed them ASAP! Great customer service - they always offer to clean all my jewlery whenever I am in the store even if it was not purchased there. Highly recommend!

I have exclusively shopped at the Eastchase Ware for all of my jewelry needs for the past 7 years. Their staff is very knowledgable and are always willing to take the time in order to assist me in finding the perfect gift. In fact, it is this personable approach that keeps me coming back. A typical "chain" jewelry store, they are not. The family owned atmosphere is proudly displayed as they are more concerned with what jewelry best fits my needs rather than what jewelry they want to sale. I guess that is really what makes Ware the place I want to shop...I am dealing with an individual who wants to assist me in my jewelry purchase as opposed to a sales person.

My favorite local jewelry store. Everytime Im in the store, I feel very welcome. Plus the service is good too. I bent my ring and I was so nervous that I would have to pay a lot to get it fixed. But I took it to them and it was barely 2 minutes before I had my ring back in excellent condition for free. It wasnt perfect, but it gave me peace of mind. He did warn me there would be a chance of it breaking, but luckily it didnt. And it wasnt even a ring from the store. I was so pleased.
