I went in with my Fiance about a month ago, we were looking for wedding bands, one for me and a custom one for hers to match an antique ring I found. Now I am not sure what the issue was, but the man that was waiting on us was extremely rude and kept saying things about the ring my fiance has. I bought it because it was an antique, not because of the cost of it. I walked into this store ready to spend enough money for two wedding bands, which i know is not cheap. So even after all that, we dropped off her antique ring with them, so they could make a sketch for a custom wedding band to match the antique ring. They had the ring for over a week, at which point she really wanted it back because we were going out of town. So we went and picked it up, that was over 3 weeks ago at this point and they said they would call her soon with the sketch so we could get the ring made. So once again, I am not sure what their problem is here, they were beyond rude when we were in the store, and now they dont even care enough to finish the sketch or call us back on it so we can get things rolling for our wedding. I would not recommend this store to anyone, and honestly, I recommend anyone who likes to feel appreciated to not visit this location at all. Was it because my engagement ring wasnt $10,000 I dont know, doesnt mean i wasnt ready to spend a large sum on the wedding bands, I didnt buy an engagement ring for the price, I bought it for the look. I hope they didnt feel i wasnt worth their time based on the value of the ring i brought in, what a mistake that was for them.

Three strikes, theyre out. I took some earrings in that had been left to me by an aunt, and was told that they were 18k by the girl behind the counter. The posts needed to be replaced and their clerk explained that the scrap would be applied towards the price of the repairs. When I picked them up, they were not ready on time so I waited. Then the man at the counter acted like my asking for the scrap to be returned or credited was causing him some trouble. He brought the scrap out, and then took it to the counter to test it again and he claimed that they were 14k. He handed me $20 and was completely indifferent to the fact that the girl had supposedly tested them when I dropped them off and sold me 18k replacement posts and backs. The other 2 times I have been in, it has been curt, unfriendly or patronizing. Im not interested in this company when they are so unprofessional and cannot keep their story straight. When I have gone in, I have not been dressed in my professional attire as I view it as an errand and my children were with me - but the 4 carat emerald cut diamond on my hand should have been a hot tip. If I treated my patients this way, I would not be practicing for long. Maybe its time to stop trying to coast on your name and actually provide service and value for clients, whether they are spending $76,000 or $76 on a sterling silver ring sizing. (Really? I spent under $100 for it on vacation.) The clerks speak at you as if you are stupid. I can get it done in Westfield for about $24. No thanks.

Last year my husband and I got engaged, and chose to shop at Moyer after some disappointing experiences at other local retailers and the recommendation of a friend. We were greeted and continued to work with Fernanda Moore until both of us had found the rings we loved! I had a special challenge that Fernanda handled beautifully and with enthusiasm. I wished for a trillion cut diamond engagement ring. These are quite hard to find, on top of which settings are not readily available. Fernanda assured us immediately that there was nothing that could not be ordered and/or created by the designers there. After many designs I still just could not put my finger on what I wanted well enough for it to come out in a CAD design. But one day Fernanda called us over to look at a new setting design that fit perfectly with the trillion cut diamond she had specially shipped in! Although this process made me feel quite high maintenance, everyone at Moyer did not! They were accommodating, friendly, fun to work with and no pressure. Every time I walk in the door someone offers to clean my ring. I recommend Moyer 100%!

Moyer worked the hardest to match my expectations with the perfect engagement ring! I recently purchased an engagement ring from Moyer Fine Jewelers and was extremely impressed with their commitment to delivering a spectacular product with great customer service. After starting the engagement ring shopping process, I soon realized that it would take significantly more time and effort, than I had originally thought. I visited several stores in the area, several times, and Moyer put the most effort into providing me the ring that I wanted. I worked directly with Derek and he did a phenomenal job in working with me and remaining patient, as I compared the many loose diamonds that I had seen during the process. Whenever I asked to see a different diamond, he was quick to provide one that met my specifications. Along with Derek, several members of the Moyer team, including Dan Moyer himself, worked to make my ring buying experience as stress free and enjoyable as possible. At the end of the day, I am extremely proud of the ring that I purchased, and most importantly, my fiancé adores it! Well done, Moyer.

My husband and I found some reasonably priced wedding rings online, and walked into Moyer thinking we would solidify our online decisions. We worked with Fernanda, and she showed us some beautiful jewelry. Trying on the rings, we realized what we thought we wanted was very different than what we picked, which made us realize buying online has its risks. Fernanda was patient (I had very specific wants), professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and NEVER pushy. We were upfront with our budget, and Fernanda and her team worked with us; we were able to order exactly what we wanted without spending any more than we felt comfortable- that never happens! When the rings came in, and mine was not exactly as I had envisioned, Fernanda and Brian worked to make it perfect. I am all about shopping around and being loyal to the best deal rather than one establishment. That said, my experience proved to me that being loyal to the best deal and best service means going to Moyer. I strongly recommend visiting this jeweler!

I was looking for a very specific watch. It had to be an exact match or nothing at all. I live in Tampa, Florida. So, I emailed 3 local jewelers and 3 out-of-town jewelers - Moyer being one of them in Indiana. Derek Krepper at Moyer called me within 1 business hour. He found the exact watch I was looking for, and he had it on my wrist in just a few days. None of the other jewelers even responded to my email - in any form or fashion. Why do they have websites and email addresses if they will not return any sales inquiries? Well, Moyer has a website and an email address - and if you use it someone at Moyer will communicate back to you. Derek made buying a watch in Indiana easier than buying a watch from a store down my street. I will patronize this store again in the future. They actually earn your business.
